Appreciate the employees here they are very helpful

I came in to buy a rolling tool box but there was none built. One of your employees took my order and told me it would be built by Tuesday 4/22/24. I showed up on Wednesday 4/23/24 to pick up my item and they brought me a toolbox in a carton not built. Customer service rep told me that I had to take it in the box. I then asked to refund me my money and went elsewhere to buy a rolling toolbox.

Please recognize both Jerry and Sergio for going above and beyond to make my shopping experience excellent.

I love the store. Have been helped with plumping things with Len I believe his name is. Big guy and knows his stuff . But have noticed frequently dusty products on the box, especially faucets .

This store has Kenny J who is the start for any plumbing problem you may have and need any of out of the box solutions. Highly recommend looking for him

Noe was amazing and went above and beyond to help us with a purchase and credit card purchase we did at this store he was so helpful and patient. This store should have more people like him.

The two young staff intentionally directed me to the wrong aisles when asked for help to find the products. Disappointed to find they were acting to be courteous and one staff looked at the device and still gave the wrong info. Wasted time heading to the aisles; ended up searching homedepot.com to find the correct aisles.

Ana @ the Pro Desk was amazing and extremely friendly. She was also extremely knowledgeable about products and the Home Depot app where she advised me to download the app to receive all the benefits that Home Depot has to offer.

We are a pro customer at Home Depot, we love this store and always the place to go to when hardware is needed. Brett is a great assistant manager and he always strikes for better. Sierra is lovely and helpful. Brandon, Chepe and Rod at pro desk always provide outstanding customer service. Store is tidy and easy to look for products.

Most of the departments are friendly & very helpful but the cashiers take it to a whole different level of service. They were all awesome. What a great experience. Thank you.

These employees at this Home Depot need to retrain and learn to courtesy in greeting and helping those in need. It's the customers that pay your hourly wages.

Short and sweet: more inventory than most other HD stores. A. Munoz in the pro dept is great so if you are a contractor, she has the answer.

Horrible customer service! NO EMPLOYEE could be bothered to assist me with a simple plant care question. I went to THREE outdoor employees, and eventually waited for department supervisor “Damon”. Damon helped me very quickly, and appologized for his workers attitude. VERY disapointed with H.D. #606 (NONE) customer service! Hope the store manager can relay that we are customers, and they might have to put down the water hose and help us.

Walked in to rerun a bathroom shower wall. Inventory was off, they could not find it or help me. When they found one at another store they gave me the number so “ I “ call myself to see if it was available.

I bought rolling shade for windows, sell person was very helpful and professional. I am very happy fro service I received.

I CAME TO RETURN SOME ITEMS AND WAS NOT GIVEN AT LEAST BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I FELT DISRESPECTED, AND EMBARASSED THE PEOPLE AROUND ME HAD TO SEE IT. I WANTED TO DO MY RETURNS IN SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS AND THE ADRIANA AT THE RETURN DESK MADE THE WHOLE VISIT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.

I asked for the location of garage door remotes and was directed to the correct isle.

People in the store are fine. It's their delivery service of appliances that is terrible. Twice they did not show up or call on their scheduled delivery. Very unprofessional delivery department.

I was looking for Flex Tape. Store did not have it. But Jerry in the paint area helped me find some 3M clear tape that we thought would work. He was very nice to me. This was about 12 July 2021.

I’d definitely recommend Nora at the Garden Center if you have any questions regarding herb/food plant care. She’s SO helpful and giving of her time.

Friendly staff and clean environment

Thos location is very well organized and cleaned. Employees are very helpful, way better than even the richer neighborhoods where they just care about big sales.
