Store is close but typical service.

Early Sunday morning, the store was clean as I headed back to the paint section. I spoke with a young lady and had asked for some help with stains and polyurethane . She wasn't as knowledgable and got me someone whom was. I was able to find the products I needed and supplies needed to use them. Everyone was very helpful and friendly

this is my 'go to' store. great knowledgeable employees. always helpful. ONLY COMPLAINT...CALLING THE STORE TO GET INFO... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! AND FRUSTRATING....TO REACH SOMEONE...NEAR IMPOSSIBLE...LEFT ON HOLD ...THEN HUNG UP ON!!! WHETHER YOU CALL DIRECT OR GET 'OPERATOR' WHO SENDS YOU TO WRONG DEPARTMENT. WHEN YOU ARE IN THE STORE..VERY DIFFERENT. CALLING MAKES WHAT SHOULD BE EASY AND ACCESSIBLE A NIGHTMARE...AND ONLY BECAUSE I GO TO THIS STORE WHICH IS VERY DIFFERENT. IF THIS WAS MY FIRST CONNECTION....COMPLETE TURNOFF AND I WOULD NEVER GO THERE.

We recently visited Home Depot shopping for a refrigerator and we were verify pleased with the experience overall. The employee who helped us, Rosa, was very helpful. She went above and beyond our expectations, providing good information to help us compare various makes and models. The purchasing transaction was smooth and quick. The appliance selection is very good and the prices are competitive. We will visit this store and department again when we shop for another appliance.

I went to Home Depot to buy moving boxes I was in a rush and ISAAC one of the cashiers helped me locate where they were at although he was with another customer he smiled at me and politely directed me with clear indications. I was in and out fast ISAAC saw me as I was leaving and friendly asked me if I had found what I was looking for I responded with a yes thank you and he said I'm glad you found what you were looking for have a great night. Best experience ever ISAAC is a keeper!!

I had the most Customer Service filled shopping experience here! I went in with my head totally clueless about a little thing like a "toilet seat"! VERONICA at the Pro Desk said she would take care of me and that she did, and then some! She took me to the aisle - walled with tons of different seats! I was overwhelmed! She helped me by narrowing it down to size, color, price...etc... then helped me make my selection then proceded to walk me back to her register to check me out with lightning speed! She even reminded me she would help me out if I neede any help or any questions if I was going to install it myself!!! Or, if I had to come back to return or exchange to product - she would personally assist me! Now, I later realized the her section was for big contracting people and orders but she went out of her way to assist ME! Now THAT'S what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bettter keep her happy there! What an excellent representative of Home Depot! I was a Director Of Banquet Services and Catering at a Dana Point Resort some years back so I know Customer/Client relations - SHE'S the epitomy! And all with a huge SMILE! It seemed a $6 dollar item was as big a deal as the $600 dollar purchase the man next to me made for his business! THAT says a lot for her character. I hope all your Employees are like her! Three THUMBS UP, Miss VERONICA!

Isaas in electrical was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I required assistance with outdoor ceiling fans and he answered all of my questions and concerns.
