Always a great place to shop, and special order

Desiree, the sales cashier, was great. She helped me locate what I was looking for and gave me the sale price. I was very grateful for her assistance.

I went in and purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer. Thanking the Sales Attendant for excellent service and and a speedy process! It's awesome when it doesn't take a long wait to get in and out. Thank you Home Depot until next time!

I was looking for this particular product at the store, but no one could help me find it, and the website keeps crashing every time I click "store map" to locate the item. Luz, who spent a good amount of time, walked half of the stores, went above and beyond to make sure I get the product I want and put a smile on my face!

Stood as self-checkout waiting for a manager to add my Veterans discount. Manager was oblivious to the employee asking for her assistance. Stood there fo 10 minutes waiting for manager to acknowledge I was waiting for my discount, never received managers attention. Finally got tired of waiting, while holding the line up, decided to just pay full price. Happy Veterans Day.

I shop at this store for 10 years as foreigner. Homedepo helped a lot of my home improvement and projects. Saved a money and efforts to find the correct item for home and garden. I had a great shopping experiences at every time and season.

I will certainly shop here again in the garden center and will definitely look for Trey. He is amazing.!!!!!

This year we order windows .HD promised a date when windows arrived.Windows came before the date and Home Depot did call us windows are here!!!

I am retired, and I always have enjoyed going to Home Depot to purchase the things I need in order to make repairs on my home.

This store has good customer service. It is much improved. People are courteous and helpful. If they don’t know the answer, they will find someone who can answer.

Great experience. Walked in and got what I needed and checked out in about 3 minutes. Diamond S was very helpful with my issue. Great employee. Thank you for being a great employee even though corporate is horrible.

Home depot don't sell rubbing alcohol for the wall hooks that require no drilling.

I went to the return department and Michell denied me service because I didn’t want to place my small items from my cart to her desk. I guess she had back problems or just to lazy to incline a bit. Items were not more than 1 pound.

Jackie was a great help. Her and 2 other girls Desiree & Stephanie were really friendly and made the check out experience fun. You can tell they really like working there!

This is my favorite HD store, althought it is not the biggest. It has the most friendly staff who take time to answer questions.

I just bought door lock hardware and it was great item. You can re-key the item and the item looks very good. Also the staff when I consulted is very accomodating and helpfull in my concern.

Me and Husband where making a large purchase. As we where checking out my credit card wasn't going through. The manager was not helpful at all, it was a very unpleasant experience. He wouldn't give us an opportunity to pay at a different cashiers, he treated us with disrespect. Told us to leave to get out. I felt because we are hispanic he downgraded us. If it was an American he wouldn't treated them the way he treated us. My husband always goes to Home Depot to make big purchases. I will never come to this specific store.

I needed to replace a waterproof door seal along the bottom edge of my shower door and had ZERO expectations of finding this part at any DIY store. Surprisingly I went to the door department and explained my situation to the person there (Allison) and she led me to EXACTLY what I needed. This was a great surprise since the shower door company I bought the shower door frame & door was no longer in business

I went to buy several sheets of OSB and other plywood, but needed cuts to bring them to the proper size. Oscar helped me make these cuts with no complaints and was very precise as well. Will definitely go back for other home improvement needs!

If you need something handled at Home Depot you need to go to the Santa Clara Home Depot store #0630 and go see Lincoln at the Pro Desk. He has been at this same Home Depot for more than the 8 years I’ve been going to this store. If you have been at other Home Depot’s and have not been satisfied with the service that has been provided by the other stores, give the Depot one more chance by going to the Santa Clara Home Depot and seeing Lincoln at the Pro Desk. I can pretty much assure you that if the problem is rectifiable by Home Depot he will get it handled for you.
