This store is great. It is clean, well stocked has knowledgeable and nice employees. The best thing is is so close to my work. I give it 5 stars

The home depot team, Walker, Reynaldo, and Richard at the Santa Clara Lafayette store went the above and beyond as far as customer service goes. I had a water heater issue and needed a replacement water heater right away for my household. It was close to closing time. I purchased a replacement but I had no transportation available for the water heater and needed it it that night. I was worried since the store was already closed. The home depot team assured me even though they're closed, they were able to help me until I get my water heater loaded up. They definitely go the extra mile for customers and are highly valuable assets to the company.

Santa Clara Home Depot on Lafayette has the best staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this store if you are a contractor or builder.

Had small problems with both purchase and return. Both were resolved quickly and well due to great customer service and professionalism of three employees. I will be back to this store which is not the nearest HD.

Plumbing associate Russell is the guy to see if you have any questions. He can help the basic homeowner doubt household repairs or the experienced craftsman I will come back again

The employees gave me the best shopping experience I have ever had at a hardware store. Although trying to fill out this recommendation without giving a name was not possible which I do not agree with.

Miguel is a very helpful cashier. I opened a Home Depot credit account with his expertise. Polite and thurough; asking me if there any questions as we completed the application. Great employee / associate ! All the associates have a positive attitude.

Great Store better than most Home Depots i have been to. They see you walking around and the employees ask you if you need assistance. They don not wait for you to ask them for help.

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the excellent 5-star customer service that I received from Reynaldo and "Uncle" Ray at the Santa Clara Home Depot. Reynaldo answered my call promptly and quickly confirmed that the lights were in stock according to the system. He then transferred me to Ray who was able locate the lights after a thorough search. Ray retrieved the lights and had them waiting for me with Reynaldo at customer service. I am *very* pleased with the speed and quality of service I experience. These lights couldn't be found at 2 other Home Depot stores. Reynaldo and Ray should be commended on their customer service. Please extend my thanks to both of them. -Michael, a satisfied customer

This location is always a joy to go to. The parking is a breeze, the employees are super friendly and helpful. Coming to this specific store is great, productive and efficient!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT TRUST THE WEB SITE INVENTORY COUNT AS IVE FOUND MANY TIMES THAT AN ITEM IS LISTED AS MANY IN STOCK BUT FIND THERE ARE NONE AT THE STORE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY - HOWEVER THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH AROUND TO ASSIST DURING BUSY TIMES.

Great customer service and clean store

Inventory is accurate, when I checked the stores online inventory on a particular product they actually had it, unlike the Milpitas location which was very frustrating because even the employee could not verify the inventory. This Santa Clara location met my expectations.

friendly helpful knowledgeable associates are easy to find the help during the day /weekend. the store was not dirty and i would not say spec and spin but clean enough as a hardware store, the bathrooms are clean. there was no waterless tank i was looking for was in the store and so i had to go to san Jose store.

The associate were very friendly courtesy as well.. Good customer services skill...Good Job!!!

Tried to use a coupon printed from your corporate site, 20% off, and the cashier acted clueless and played ignorant.

The staff are very nice and helpful here.
