Needed to redo the countertops in our elderly kitchen, and needed something simple, but solid. Went to the the website and entered our specs, got a price back that looked good and was directed to the store for a consultation and to see samples in person. Went to the store, got samples, and paid the FULL PRICE upfront. The "technician" from the subcontractor came out the following Monday, measured and argued about several things that I had been told at the store. By Friday I had not heard anything back and went to the store to see what was up. The sales guy had received the info from the contractor, but not called. The price had magically gone up by more than 50% because the subcontractor had added fees for work that didn't need to be done ($175 to disconnect and reconnect a non-existant cooktop) and charged more for the materials than HD did for the entire quoted project. Never again.

Donald, one of the representatives helped me find the ballast we usethe at the the hotel. He searched online and did not stop until he found the item. He even placed the order online for me. A man who has a passion to help and assist customers.

I regularly shop at this Home Depot. I recently remodeled my kitchen and 2 years ago I remodeled my garage. It has almost all the tools, fixtures, odds and ends I needed. With the drought and water restrictions, last month I replaced my three old toilets with low flow toilets that save a lot of water and all 3 work great

I walk around home depot and People kept asking me if I needed help! When I got to the check they were fast and polite.

Employees are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me find items I needed, they checked their inventory for items that were missing. They loaded my items in my car. The store is clean and well ventilated.

Everyone here is awesome!

It is so difficult to return items that have been purchased online. Associates like Cristal at this specific store will argue and denied the return if she thinks you are lying. Associates like cristal doesn't know how to use the computer because she would have seen my online order and do it without upsetting me. Until I had to pull it out on my phone (PROOF) Then she decided what she wanted to return even with the RECEIPT. Its just ridiculous. I hate arguing. I hate trying to proof what I purchase without them even looking up. I even was asking for store credit. They just don't care. $20 dollars return from a $700 purchase is amazing.

This is my favorite Home Depot. I live close to the Cupertino store but drive across the city to the Santa Clara store because of the people. On this last visit the employee on the floor was not quite up to par on knowledge and enthusiasm. Thank you

Remondo was a tremendous help in the key department. He made six keys for me that all work like a charm. We talked about all the different lockbox options and he gave excellent advice. I asked about a few other items in the store and he took me to them. He went over and above great and helpful service.

it’s difficult to get assistance but sometimes I come across a great staff member who really impresses me. this time I received EXCELLENT assistance from Rodrigo in Hardware. he is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I wish all my future experiences where as good as this one with Rodrigo.
