great store, awesome service and very convenient.

We are seniors and had to go to Home Depot today to buy a product. To cashiers, one worked in self checkout and controlled the self checkout in addition to helping me with a problem. The other Cashier in returns named Sandra was so super nice just as the one in self check out but I do not recall her name. Another gentleman in the store helped my husband load the product in the cart. Everyone could not have been any nicer and were EXCELLENT!

We’re browsing on the refrigerators on display, we’re about 30mins waiting for a sale associate on that area but nobody is around, then we decided to seek assistance at the customer service desk, Madalyn C. Went above and beyond on helping us out, as soon as she heard that we want to buy ref, She offered her assistance without any hesitation, she walked us back to the appliance area and assisted us to pick the appliance that we want without any pressure.

I came many times during our renovation project and bought all the kitchen appliances from this store with the help of a very nice employee.

The worst layout for a store ever. Lumber in the rear of the store? Stupid. Gotta push all that material from the rear through a clogged up aisle....can’t give it a low enough score.

I encountered employees who knew their area. Best to go early and none busy time if you can.

Santa Clara Home Depot employees, management resources and materials have been key during our home bath and kitchen remodeling projects. Having major problems with our licensed contractors, LAR Construction & Remodeling, I wish we would have worked exclusively with the Home Depot Pro desk resources for all the extensive contracted work.

Best service of all the Home Depot’s. Julz, Lincoln and Yvonne are always knowledgeable and ready to help.

This store is close to home. It's a very good location with plenty of parking; easy to navigate in and out of the lot. I typically can find what I need on the shelf and when questions come up employees are always very helpful. The store is well stocked and on-line ordering is efficient too.

Terrible customer service

The employees of this particular Home Depot are actually walking the isles helping people. Unlike other stores where the employees hide. I normally travel a few mile more for better service here.

I visited Lafayette store located in Santa Clara, Yvette helped me a lot, she is the best employee ever, It's been 4 years that I am purchasing from home depot and I've never seen somebody like her, she is a real employee model, very professional, very knowledgeable and knowing exactly what you need.
