I know it’s rare to write a positive review unless I was wronged. But I thought it’s worthy to mention that signal Hill HD location is on average very helpful—clean and organize for most of the time.

I work in a particular trade of work and require certain tools one of which is brass pin punch. The Home Depot in Signal Hill I visited has a variety of pin punch sets in different sizes however they are all steel. Brass is a material that is strong but doesn't damage the parts and machines that I am working on. After visiting the Home Depot I learned that they do not carry brass pin punch sets in their inventory stock however I would be able to order them online. Being that as it may maybe one day the Home Depot will carry brass pin punch sets as a part of their in-store inventory.

Mark was great at the Christmas tree lot. Everyone we encountered was great!

I always hesitate to go inside Home Depot because they are always so busy but today thanks to the employees, I was able to grab my merchandise quick, get in and get out.

Even though they were out of what I needed, Jeff came through and helped me out with other decor.

This Home Depot (Signal Hill) has great sales associates that can assist finding what you need and solving installation problems. Daniel in kitchen cabinets spent a lot of time to help me select kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and I highly recommend working with him. Jose in flooring and tile helped me coordinate flooring, tile, kitchen cabinets and colors for the kitchen and bath to look great. Wayne im the window department helped me select cost effective and energy efficient windows. My home renovation is going great! Thanks everyone at Home Depot.

Pam at Home Depot helped me find the right tool to fix a problem with a fishing reel today.

I needed help with my returns and was nervous to ask silly questions- but Violet helped me without any hesitations and got all my items figured out! I am extremely happy with my experience and the help that i received for my projects!

No employees located in the appliances section after spending well over 20 minutes looking to purchase a refrigerator of 2 thousand dollars. Cashiers all talking amongst themselves with lot techs and did not offer to help me with my small purchase. A stronger manager presence was needed due to the immature staff. Visited the store on June 4th, 2023 at around noon. Today my store experience was extremely poor and I hope the store can do better as this is my local Home Depot.

Went in to purchase an item, although I was disappointed by the amount of time I had to wait for item to be retrieved from top shelves, Robert was able to efficiently assist within 3-5 minutes and get the item. Employees like Robert that turn an experience around make a difference in a customers shopping experience.

Not all Home Depot's are the same, I LOVE the Signal Hill store! Jackie and her team at the Pro Desk are AWESOME!!! Super friendly bunch that get things done quickly and correctly.

Franie at the pro desk is amazing and wouldnt know what i would do without her. We have a hard time looking for materilas all the time for our job but Franie is always able to find it easy peasy! Love you Franie!

Home Depot is a trustworthy and reputable store. They seem to have good products, a wide selection, and have fair prices compared to other places. I am happy with the shed I bought and their home decor services like blinds installation.
