Yesterday August 23 2020 around 5pm myself and my wife went to Home Depot looking to purchase a good one of reasonable price of refrigerator. We found one good size that we love it. It"s Whirlpool 2 doors side by side stanleestill/20Cub.Ft. Thanks very much to friendly attendant Stephanie,for all of her assistants that helped us taking ordered all items we needed. And finally she facilitated us through all process of this purchasing products through the end. In store looked nice need and cleaned, we love it and hope we'll come back again some time.

John in plumbing gave great advice which saved me a lot of money. Staff at this store are friendly and helpful.

This is home depot for the most part was neat and organized. I appreciate that they had associates monitoring the door ways to be sure all entering has facial coverings. The associate in the garden section I believe her name was Denise was beyond friendly. She was welcoming and very knowledgeable in her area. I really appreciated the help she gave.

I had a disturbing interaction at the Cherry Avenue, Signal Hill store. I waited in line in the garden area to check out. When it was my turn at the register, the woman cashier was about to take a break and a new employee was taking over. As she turned to leave, she was not properly wearing her mask (it was below her nose), but more upsettingly the new employee had no face covering of any type. I stepped back and asked about this and he told me that it was too hot (it was 75 degrees) and that he didn't want to pass out. He went on to tell me that I was welcome to leave the line and go inside to a new line and a different cashier if I didn't like that he was not wearing a mask. I told him I was not going to do that, that it was a state and city ordinance that he have a face covering, and that everyone in the store -- customers and employees alike -- had to properly cover their nose and mouth. He reluctantly pulled up his shirt over his mouth and said that he hoped not to pass out because I was making him do this. Home Depot must be responsible for their employees abiding by the ordinance. Customers are required to wear face coverings, but this employee had complete disdain for that mandate, for me, and the other customers.

As I explained in the survey, I was helped greatly by a black man, with an African accent and wearing black framed glasses. He was returning products to the shelves and stopped what he was doing to assist me. I needed a 12 volt bulb that is no longer produced and he found me a good substitute. He made my Home Depot experience an excellent one. Without his help I probably would have gone home without a bulb of any kind.

I enjoy going to Home Depo , There is so much to look for, I do not know where to start. Most of the emloyees are helpful. Sadly there are some the mess it up for the rest. This is why I give a four instead of a five. I had two employees chit chat in front of me for a couple of minutes not willing to help. But there are some kind and awesome with their service. I really appreciate that. This is what makes it a good experience .The ones I appreciate the most is the cashiers like Mojisola whom she done a fantastic job,kind ,and helpful. God Bless her. All n all , I give a 4 star.

I have been to other Home Depots but this one in Signal Hill I really enjoy going to because they really help you out and they're very courteous and I would recommend it to anyone and thank you for all your staff at Signal Hill

This is the store that my family shops at. They have top products and great service.

I asked for assistance and instead got brushed off to find the item myself. Gio in his own little world thought it would be okay to refer to his elders as "Dude" instead of "Sir". For weekend shoppers, we look forward for advice and to find items throughout the store. Some of us are not contractors and therefore do not frequently shop home improvement/hardware stores.

This was the first time I ventured out since the pandemic started. I was very nervous, especially since I am not familiar with paint, and that's what I had to buy. Every employee in this store, from the doorman, the paint department employee, to the cashier's were so incredibly kind and their customer service was off the charts! Even in these scary times, and the fact I had to force myself to leave the house, it was a very pleasurable experience to shop there. The only names I got was Mojisola and Wendy. They were the cashier's up front and were so nice they actually got me teary. Not used to this kind of customer service anywhere!!! But I can tell you, from now on, this is my HOME DEPOT!

I had a wonderful experience due to the outstanding service I received from Alejandra G. in Flooring. I had a lengthy order of products that I needed to be picked the following day. She entered the order accurately and promptly. She let me know how the process would work and followed through in a superior way. She did a terrific job and I'm grateful for the great service she gave me.

Great Staff

If you're looking for excellent costumer service , ask for Stacy, she is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I came to Home Depot to use a Home Depot git card. I attempted to get assistance at the checkout and the customer service center they stated that they could not process gifts that have only verification numbers. They stated they could only process a gift card with barcodes. I asked Jocelyn customer service desk if she could check another Home Depot in the area she refused. I asked if they could assist me with using the card on their website for paying and she ignored me. Worst Experience. I barley had time to what I was doing, and now I have no time to do anything I was trying to do. I will be going online myself to use this git card and will be picking up my products from a different Home Depot. I have never had an experience like that at a Home Depot store and I will be telling everyone to stay away from Home Depot and to go to other stores like Lowes. This is a waste of time me having to order online what I had in the store because Jocelyn in Customer Service didn't feel like Servicing the Customer.

Having been in the military, I've been to Home Depots all over the US. Signal Hill's Home Depot is the best I can recall!!!

Alejandra and staff did such a great job. Bravo for your customer service. The gentleman that checked us out was a manager maybe tall with a ton of patches and super nice. They all look like they knew what they were doing and did it with a smile. A happy group. Someone should buy them lunch :-)

This store has some really outstanding cashiers.

LETS START OFF BY SAYING JAkE WITH THE BLACK HAIR WAS SOOO RUDE!!! I CANT BELIEVE THIS PERSONAL! I NEEDED TO MAKE STORE KEYS COPYS AND I WAS STANDING THERE AND NOBODY CAME SO I HAD TO GO LOOK FOR SOMEONE, I WENT UP TO ANOTHER GENTLEMEN AND SAID HE WOULD BE THERE IN A COULE MINUTES, FINALLY SOMEONE ELESE SHOWED UP AND I TOLD HIM I WAS THE ONE THAT CALL FOR HELP FIRST. NOW BY THIS TIME THERE WAS ANOTHER GIRL NEXT TO ME AND THIS FREAKEN GUY MADE HER 6 KEYS BEFORE MINE!!!! What?!! I've been waiting!!

CASHIERS SHARON AND IRMA ARE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! AND THEY WILL MARK DOWN ALITTLE (LIKE 10-20%) WHEN THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, THANKS! THE MANAGER IS ALRIGHT TOO (FERNANDO).BUT SERIOUSLY WHEN PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE DAMAGED, THE DEPARTMENT MANAGER (IE, OF GARDENING) SHOULD MARK THEM DOWN BY 50% INSTEAD OF LET THEM DIE IN THE STORE THEN GET THROWN AWAY OR TAKEN BACK BY VENDOR WHEN THE PLANT IS ALREADY DEAD. HAPPY NEW YEAR HOME DEPOT!

This is our local store for work. Always well stocked. This last trip, Debra (Cashier) reminded me of some pretty major add-ons (batteries) that I had forgotten, and could have ruined my whole day if I hadn't picked them up. Thanks HD and Debra for helping me and my business!
