Kirt was so helpful. Your store was out of the rebar I needed (this was the 2nd store I'd been to), and he took it upon himself to cut it to my required length. I really appreciated it, as it saved my camping trip (extreme weather called for rebar) He even thanked ME for coming in after. Will def be back here because of his customer service. Also, cashier Milessia gave me excellent travel advice for my camping trip. This was a great experience. Thanks!

Few months ago, Aaron Grillo, Specialty Sales Assistant Store Manager honored his words, price match and military discount of the BBQ grill that I purchased. Felicia and Haley were to ladies assist me exchange/return of the BBQ grill. Jenni, Supervisor Return offer to built the BBQ grill and deliver it without delivery fee. She explained certain process can be done but figuring how the computer and Home Depot regulations. I will look forward on buying a BBQ grill with folding shelves.

This is a great store and they have happy, friendly staff. The only disappointment is that this store does not offer Apple Pay or any electronic pay. During a pandemic I am shocked we still have to touch nasty pin pads when there is a safer alternative to offer. Please upgrade.

I would like to comment on the great customer service that I received from Mojisola. Her concern about the customers experience in the store is unscripted, she makes every customer feel valued. She is caring, cheerful, and delightful.. She made me happy that I chose The Home Depot Signal Hill, for my project needs.

Customer service is always top notch be it in person or via phone sale. In particular Mojisola, Franny, and April, are always professional and are a credit to your company!

Gary in plumbing at the Signal Hill store 0648 is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to do what he can to see that I am set up to take good care of my customers. This is my store of choice and, while my trade is not plumbing, my customers will sometimes prefer that I take care of their needs. Gary has been very helpful over the years and I was very lucky to have him help me for a recent job - I learned some new ideas for doing the job as he cut/threaded pipe and helped me get my materials.

Ron and Sharon make this store a pleasure to visit. Every employee I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

I have been shopping at the Signal Hill location since it first opened. I rarely have to go somewhere else for my home maintenance needs. I've always had good service here.

The Signal Hill Home Depot has a wonderful staff of helpful, enthusiastic people. I can't say enough about them. This is my favorite store.

The best part of this shopping experience?!?! BRIDGETTE!!!!! She was the person that helped my husband and I get our new stove. She took great care of us with the highest level of professionalism while remaining fun! Everything was sanitized impeccably before we even sat down and started talking about options. Bridgette was knowledgable about the different features each stove had and helped us with a multitude of questions in addition to all the info for delivery. We love our stove and Bridgette turned what started as a boring task into what turned out to be a fun experience! Thank you Bridgette!
