0648 has been our favorite store for years - even when its near enough, but not as convenient because the staff is incredible I came in for returns, pick ups and purchases. Kris is a pleasure as are Wendy and Lilia because they have a great attitude and take very good care of me. I was not through with my returns before Wendy was getting my online order - Lilia finished something she was doing and, when she saw me, asked if I had a pickup she could get. These people minimize my overhead time. I have been consistently been treated so well and efficiently at 0648 that I expect the better than other stores treatment which i consistently receive. I wrote Fernando a personal email at the beginning of the year because of a great experience and because I wanted to thank him for keeping together such a very efficient group of people. My time at this store is overhead for me and they minimize it in a very dedicated to customer support manner. It is a pickup when I walk in and see them

The staff was quick to see me looking around confused and very quick to guide me and help me select the potting seed bed product I needed. THANK YOU

Generally never have items in stock and sales associates dread helping . It's like pulling teeth.

The Home Depot employees at this store are very helpful and polite. I wish all Home Depot Stores conducted business like the employees at this store.

Like every other Home Depot, this one is clean, well stocked & plenty of parking. Gotta say that my cashier, Mojisola, was one of the nicest, most helpful people you ever want to meet. Well done Home Depot.

I asked an employee at the Customer service desk where I might find what I was looking for and was directed to the correct isle. The product was easy to locate and check-out was quick. The store was clean and all staff were friendly and courteous.

Have been coming to Signal Hill HD for past 5 years and sadly have seen a decline in quality and value. While the products I was looking for were easy to find since I know the store like the back of my hand, it is hard to find someone in each department to help. In fact, most everytime I visit someone starts asking me about a product and then realizes I dont work there and apologizes but then I help them anyway. Boxes of brads, staples, and nails were very worn down and taped up all over like they had been returned 10 times. The box of screws I purchase was supposed to contain 57 but when I counted, only had 50 and a couple were bent. Bent? Wonder how. And last but not least, my only markdown item which I picked up from the clearance section, was heavily scrutinized by the cashier who suggested the sticker was not for that product, wasting my time to look up the product manually and find out in their computer it was OLD stock hence marked down. Visually, it was VERY old stock yet there was the cashier haggling me about the product being marked down. Bizarre! Gut impression is this location is going out of biz and/or is losing there lease, cause the store merchandise seemed like in liquidation condition or mode (yet the cashier was in the opposite mode). Only saving grace was that the loading helper (Mark) out near the parking lot always so far offers to help with loading my vehicle. Thanks! Looking forward to a better experience at Home Depot next time! Like it used to be years ago.

I really like the assistance I get at the Signal Hill store. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I always get my questions answered and I like that if I cannot find something the employees will personally show me.

Nice store but the only reason I'm writing this review and purchased was because of the exceptional customs service that I received from Cameron in the Garden section

Late in the evening about 7pm and above it may be hard to locate a sales person for a particular department (e.g..washers, refrigerators, stoves, etc..) Short of personal. But overall store is neat, well stocked, convenient, friendly.

The store was clean and well stocked but above all George in electronics was incredible and accommodating. I am a new home owner and needed to purchase a washer and dryer but was unsure of the model and installation. George was reassuring the entire time and customized installation options for our needs. He did everything he could to make sure we felt comfortable and happy with our purchase and understood that this for us was a major purchase. It’s that Level of service that will keep me coming back and staying loyal to this location.

Everything is easy to find, store is clean and organized,employees are very helpful.

I had a project that I needed tondomgor my son’s birthday. A lady at the entrance told me which aisle. When I got to the aisle I was clueless. Then I saw Gary an employee working in D#26. I showed him the project that I had to do. Gary help me gather all the materials I needed and he even cut the pvc pipes to the length that I needed. He even helped me assemble my project at the store. When we finished I was so happy. I even gave him a hug and told him thank you my son will love this. I even gave him a hug and said thank you I really appreciate it. Gary was very easy to talk to as well. I was so happy with this experience.

This store is easier to navigate, and the employees are very helpful. Ask for John in plumbing if you related questions. He is very knowledgeable in this area. I noticed customers are bringing their dogs into the store. Huge liability for Home Depot if a dog is having a bad day and decides to bite someone or another dog in the store. Customers are ignoring the in plan view sign on all entrance doors. I have to leave my dog at home as well as most shoppers.
