Store is Always fully stocked plus I use the rental trucks. I find this very convenient to be able to shop at the store and then rent a truck to get the goods to my shop. i can leave my car in the lot and never be worried about my car.

The pot desk and customer service of this store are the best

Every time I shop at this Home Depot the employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful with my shopping needs.

I went to buy plants and was super pleased at the selection and quality. There were a number of nursery employees there who were pleasant, professional and informative. Love that my plants are beautifying my balcony!

I was not greeted. I was not helped. I was not thanked and the worst thing was I bought an item on sale from $39 to $29 and when I got home they didn’t give me the proper discount. I was charged full price. The cashier never spoke to me and could not care less that I was there.

Wonderful store, great employees and great inventory. I shop there all the time and will continue to shop there. Thank you.

The cashier Bianca was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to the exact isles where the items on my list were. When I went to check out she was very friendly and professional.

Am so pleased with my shopping experience at Home Depot. Employees knew their particular products and could answer my questions. Made sure I was aware of items on sale as well as availability. Looking forward to having my new vanities and sinks installed in my Bathrooms.

Love going to this store. Has mostly everything I need. Really love seeing Kay, she is always helpful and kind. The store manager Rose is super helpful too!

I needed some hardware and found what I was looking for. The store is neat and clean and well organized.

Good selection of plants.

A simple hello from an employee when entering the store would be a nice gesture. It would also be convenient to checkout at the register with a human being that can make eye contact with you. Instead they send you to the self checkout. We spend thousands of dollars at The Home Depot every month and the treatment I have received lately is sub par to say the least. Obviously, The Home Depot doesn’t value my loyalty.

Not even. Slightly Interested or willing to help. Sad place full or sad employees. Try the internet first and save yourself the trouble. Going to HD is a dreaded chore

I got issued a instore credit instead of a gift card since the product I needed was online. I called the store and was told I can come in and ask for Brian, I did, he was called twice, but never came to the front. Left my number and he never called me back to resolve my issue. Called the store the next day and spoke with Shilan...she stepped up to the plate, remembered me when I came in and was nothing but professional, friendly and helped me with my problem. There needs to be more people like Shilan, for me it's all about customer service and because of how great she was I will be going back to that location.

No one at this store seems to know what is what. Home Depot uses delivery and installation companies that do not communicate well and also don't seem to know what is going on.

My checkout experience was great. the cashier, named Dignora, was very friendly, and extremely helpful. She suggested that I open a Home Depot account, and had a very nice smile!

If you can't find what your looking for at your local home depot it's well worth the drive to come to this store. Exceptional customer service throughout from the minute you walk through the door.

Great self check out service area. Self check out fast and easy to use. Clean bathrooms and floors. Over all store is clean. Enough carts outside store for shopping. Shopping carts in good working position.

Efficient and friendly employees in finding product sought.

I usually have a great experience at any Home Depot, but was completely disrespected by one of your employees this evening. She literally made me feel unappreciated as a customer; she was just plain rude. I got the impression that she would have rather been on her cell phone since that’s what she was doing when I asked for assistance. Please explain to your employees that the customers pay they salaries. Without customers there the store would go out of business.

I have had many excursions to hardware stores. The Home Depot consistently has what I need and people who care about helping me locate the small missing screw or bolt I need. They have gorgeous plants and outdoor furniture too. I rarely to to the other big box store, as they try hard, but are usually out of stock and I have to search for an employee to help me locate what I need. Hardware stores are very important to women. We are usually the ones who over see the house and maintenance. Oh, and they carry wonderful Milwaukee battery operated tools that make life easier too.

I was at the store shopping for a fridge and compared prices from the other top store. I would sat Home Depot has better prices. The sales person knows what we would need upon installation so she had added the item needed and it will be included on the delivery. We didn't have to go to the aisle to find it or purchase it separately. Took us less than half an hour from credit application to the final check out!

The store is clean and the employees are very helpful.

This store has everything that you need.

Looks like Home Depot invested in new "state of the art" technology to better serve customers. Sad that it does not work ;-( Purchases and returns now take twice as long with the new system but no one seems to care... sad. And your competition is just across the street.
