The employees are awesome! Always helpful and there for you. It can't get any better. They even walk you to the aisle and find the product for you. Ms. Dignora is always a pleasure to have at the return. Love her humor very much and I don't understand why some customers are sometimes so rude to her. I witness it and was tempted to say sometime to the customer myself that he needs to chill. Its not her fault if he messes things up! Can not imagine what she must hear every day from customer. God bless her!

These guys n gals always go a step above to help. My go-to store for my Charlotte home and my offshore facility, the Frying Pan Tower, I always find the parts I need! (No quick way to get back to shore if I forget something!) Richard

We had an easy time finding what we needed and someone actually asked us if we needed assistance. We interacted with a couple of associates and all were friendly and helpful. I've been here a few times and have had positive interaction each time. Anytime I have needed assistance someone was there to help and they took the time to assist me. I've stopped going to Lowes and started going here - they seem to have what I need most of the time and the people have been very friendly.

I shop at this Home depot frequently and the staff is always very helpful in answering my questions. They also are receptive to exchanges without questioning.

I entered the store with a solution in mind to a small project I was working on in my office. Jeff, a store associate, greeted me on the aisle, took time to listen to what I was attempting to achieve, and changed my plan completely. Not only did he provide a solid solution, but saved me a ton of time as well. I was very impressed with his listening, asking questions until he understood what I was trying to achieve. A dedicated Lowe's shopper for years, I have been converted based on this experience alone. Not to mention Barbara, the cashier was also so cordial and friendly, I left this store with a huge smile on my face, super impressed with my experience.

Extremely poor customer service from the top down and lack of knowledge by associates. I was told by an associate that I had 90 days to return a product before he helped me load it into a cart. I was told by a second associate that I had 90 days to return the product as long as it did not put gas in it. After 40 days, I returned the product unopened with a receipt only to be told by the manager, Jackson, that I only had 30 days to return the product per company policy .This policy is not apparent in the website either unless you take a deep dive. Extremely poor training of staff and lack of empowerment to managers to take care of their customers. I will take my business across the street and i encourage you to do the same.

Freddie is the best guy in the place in terms of providing customer service, not to discount the other great people. But he goes out of his way to do what's best in terms of expert service. Thanks for the help on the Weber Genesis II grill Freddie. You Rock!!

The store was clean and the associates were very helpful. Associates came up and offered to help. The was no need to have an associate paged for assistance. The associate, Steve, was especially helpful with my purchase of a storm door and helping with installation.

I had a complicated damaged goods claim that Luisa handled astutely, professionally, and efficiently. Plus she did it with a pleasant demeanor. She is the best Customer Service Rep that I have ever encountered.

Store is clean, well organized and always, always has helpful staff members available, never have to walk the entire store searching for help. Love the staff member they have posted at the entrance as you come into store , right on the spot for questions.

I found this location to be the best "big box store" shopping experience I can remember. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and eager to please. Dona and Audra are super employees.

It's a nice store to shop at. Tidy, organized, helpful employees point you in the right direction. It doesn't take much to go a long way.

Received great assistance from Randall, an employee in the store. He helped with my purchase even going so far as taking my shutters out to my car. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was also interested in carpeting. He took me to the carpeting area and introduced me to the associate in that department. Excellent customer service.
