In your store on January 27 I was run out by cashier Jessica purchased $226 of Milwaukee checked out cart and carrying product according to the sign next to the product purchase $200 or more and get $50 off your order today did not happen. I spent over 10 hours on the phone with Home Depot corporate the store talk to Jackie at the store, I live 90 miles from your store and you want me to bring my receipt back I purchased the stuff and then you'll give me the $50 ridiculous receipt given the receipt number number is 00062. 01297 pull up a copy of the receipt and see what I've purchased my Home Depot credit card number is if I see a $50 credit I will keep the stuff otherwise I will be returning over $400 in product

When asked to cut 1 sheet of plywood, was told he was busy with another customer. Really, he was just shooting the Bull with a friend for 20 mins. It seems he needs help in that department.

I was trying to load some tile onto my cart, and Evan and Logan stopped what they were doing and lent the hand. I am a senior, so I really appreciate the assistance. They both helped me with a smile.

Home Depot in Chino is the best HD we have ever experienced. Frenando Marcias and Sandra run the store with an energy and positivity that transfers to their associates. We had very positive experiences with Hong Bin in Appliances, Michael in Plumbing, Pierre in Appliances, and Chris in Electrical. Each associate was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make decisions on our remodel. We cannot thank them enough for their thoroughness and patience in helping us accomplish our goals. Pierre in appliances printed out the microwave manual so that we could pick out the correct exhaust vent for our contractor to install. Hong Bin in appliances helped us understand potential color variations in our appliances and what to do about it. Chris in electrical explained each of our purchases and convinced us to install two combo fire/CO2 units. He also took us through the store to help us buy many other items on our list. Fernando and Sandra directed us to the proper associates. We have been to many Home Depot's in the past. This store exceeds all of them. Good managers are the key to a great store and it is apparent at this location. The employees are very knowledgeable and were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Jackie at the Home Depot Chino Hills hit a grand slam. She helped me to get everything I needed quickly and never had an attitude with all my questions. Great job Jackie. You are a great asset to Home Depot.

If you are at Chino or close to the city, Mr. Fernando Macias makes it so worthwhile, not only advises you on the best articles for your project, but he also makes sure that everyone has a great shopping experience, the best prices and I assure you, you will continue to go to him for all of your residential needs. the projects in the garden and the homes are amazing. Clean stocked store with employees that will help you and if not able to. They have an outstanding assistant manage Fernando that goes over and above in customer service.

Came in with no idea on what appliances I needed to purchase and their appliance expert (Pierre Blais) assisted us and informed us of the products we were looking at. Making our purchase experience so much easier and saving so much money!

I went to the store to the garden section Jessica was very kind and professional, and then Jack helped me to load my heavy things to the car. He was super gentleman and kind and also when I did talk to a manager his name is Fernando and I never seen a manager is very humble very kind very professional very helpful and really you can feel he wants to do whatever it is to help you to do your project, like he’s helping a family thank you all may God bless you all

The salesperson "Pierre" was very informational regarding the Traeger Pro Series 34 Pellet Grill that I end up purchasing. He even went to my house to help me set up the grill for the initial burn. He went above and beyond my expectations. 5 STARS!! I will be back to buy more supplies for my new grill!!!!!

I used Home Depo and Fast Water Heater to replace a residential hot water heater. After installation, Home Depo overcharged my Visa by more than $2,200. When confronted with the overcharge, Home Depo puts its head in the sand and ignores the overcharge. I now have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Who needs this?

Had Nancy and Rosario helped us with and issue we had and gave us a discount on an item for having to wait while the issue got resolved. Super friendly and helpful workers

James Miyagi (manager) and James (paint consultant) provided exceptional service. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive throughout the whole time I was there. All the employees that I came across during my visit was also very friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this place to all my friends and family. Furthermore, this particular Home Depot location believes in giving back to the community.

Rosa, Grat and Jack were extremely Knowledgeable and pleasant, making my experience easy when I had no clue of what I needed to do or buy. Thanks to them my project is now completed.

Todd came into the dollar tree and was buying balloons when I asked him one for he said his appliances that were on clearance were being reduced even more I asked him if he had any refrigerators and he said yes I told him I would be in well I came in the next week he remembered my name and I know on a refrigerator that is above and beyond anything I could’ve dreamed of thank you so much Todd for your great service and even remembering my name a week later on a 1 to 10 scale I’ll give you 1 million

I WENT IN TO PURCHASE 50 RETAINING BLOCKS, I ASKED FOR HELP WITH GETTING THE PALLET DOWN WITH A FORKLIFT. THE LADY AT THE CASH REGISTER CALLED SOMEONE, AFTER WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES I DECIDED TO GET THEM DOWN MYSELF....FAST FOWARD TO LOADING THEM IN THE TRUCK, THE GUY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP ALSO NEVER SHOWED UP. TALKE TO THE MANAGER, HE DIDNT GIVE A CARE......I WALKED OUT AND RAN INTO THE GUY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP STANDING IN THE FRONT HAVING A SMOKE. .......PLACE IS POORLY MANAGED. USED TO LIKE GOING TO THIS LOCATION BUT WILL STICK TO THE OTHER BRAND.

This particular Home Depot location is definitely my favorite. The customer service I've received here has always been great. Today was a great case in point: I was looking for some of the deals in seasonal, so I went to the gardening department. There I met Dina. She has such a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. I told her what I was looking for, so she walked me to the seasonal area, and called the manager of the department, who is familiar with the deals and discounts. She stayed with me till I was able to get the product I wanted. Outstanding customer service. In general, the customer service experiences at this location are great. This time it was amazing! The old days of trying to find someone at Home Depot to help you with something, and being only marginally successful appear to be gone. It's no wonder that I stop off at this location several times a week to buy things or look around. Management: please keep up the good work.

We have lots of vendors wanting to serve our home improvement needs. This particular Home Depot is simply a cut above all the rest! GREAT employees make a huge difference!

My Father went to purchase a lawn mower from the Home Depot off of Ramon. At checkout he was denied his military discount, because the cashier had informed him that his Military ID was insufficient and he would be required to download the app in order to access a QR code. So because he didn't have a smartphone to download the Home Depot app, he was unable to take advantage of the veterans discount program. In addition the female cashier was very rude and inconsiderate. When I explained to her that my father did not have access to the Home depot app because he has a flip phone. She rolled her eyes, as if to convey to us that she didn't believe us. It was very unprofessional of her to act in such a manner. Also, we requested a Mangers exception/approval, but was denied because they were unavailable. To be denied a Manager as a customer is shocking. I expect more from this store considering there are many competitors within their radius. Often great customer service means a lot when deciding where to shop. I also felt my fathers dedication to his country as a serviceman meant very little to them. What makes this worse is we went to another Home depot ( Euclid ) and got the price adjustment with his discount using his “military ID”. So, went through all that for what? Thank you Euclid store for saving my father 50 dollars. This military family won't be shopping at our Chino location anymore. Very disappointing

Jadah and Daniela from appliances helped me in a department they were unfamiliar with. They were kind and patient. They helped me locate the power tools I needed plus a battery pack that we were unable to locate but they still took their time and gave it a shot. Fernando, the manager, went above and beyond and located the battery pack which happened to be the very last, in the returns bin, when I was already in my car ready to go. He came out to the parking lot looking for me. He did what he didn't have to. But that's what seperates a good salesman from a great salesman.

I BOUGHT LUMBER, TOOLS, AND THINGS I NEEDED FOR MY PATIO PROJECT, IS A GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT. THE STORE IS STOCKED, AND STAFF IS ALWAYS READY TO ASSIST. I'M A "RIDGID" GUY. I BOUGHT SLIDING MITER SAW, GREAT PRODUCT. HAPPY TO HAVE VISITED THE STORE TODAY, AND I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN FOR MORE.

I love this store, the assistant manager is excellent, his advice is very good and the recommendations of products have made us share with our friends and neighbors and they have always had a very good experience with Fernando Macias.
