fast and friendly

Generally the store is fine,just recently the store is a bit low on products, the employees are socially involved with each other instead of the customers and others seem to be having a bad day, so disappointed in them lately, I feel like I am in the way with them on the forklift.

This store is always clean and has the nicest employees. Even if it takes a while to bring something down they are reassuring you that someone has been contacted and is working on it. And the managers are just superb. Highly recommend this store for any job you have, they are the best.

Employees and Managers are very rude. What happened to customer Service? Employee “John” was at very Rude, to make a long story short he lost my Keys and wouldn’t help retrieve them because he said “I’m Not on the Clock” ( In front of his Manager) The Manager “Mike” response was “I will talk to Him”. Not Once did anyone apologize for loosing the keys or the Rudness of the Employee. I just spent $1400 dollars 2 days earlier on a Refrigerator from Home Depot. Where do you think I will do my future Home Improvements? An Appoligy is all I needed. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!

The associates are always so helpful and happy. Because of them I enjoy shopping at this location.

The pro team at the Ramona store is the best! Marvin is great to work with and bends over backwards to get us the things we need. As a Owner/Builder it is a pleasure to work with the staff. Gillian, Teresa, and Amy (in windows and doors) have helped a lot also. My wife and I are in the store almost daily, and all the cashiers are super friendly and helpful.

Stephen in the Tool Rental Department is awesome! He went above & beyond with his knowledgeable help - smiling the entire time! Manager Claudia was also on top of everything and very kind!

The store is clean, the items are easy to find, very organized, best thing is to have good experience with the employee, like the other day i went to the store, i had this lady helping me, her name is Nikki, super nice lady, her attitude, her personalaty, very helpful, i'm very happy with that and with the store, thank you guys and keep up the good work.

Home Depot is always my 'go-to' store for anything DIY. The Chino store is great, I can always get advice/help on any subject and assistance is always available. Every employee goes out of their way to create a great and friendly atmosphere - it's ideal for the DIYer, and also for the family on a shopping excursion.

I was desperate to get a single bag of sand to fill sandbags for canopies, as I have a party rentals business. The order had to be loaded on the truck that night for a delivery the next morning. Unfortunately, I arrived a minute or two after closing. Instead of turning me away. associate Theresa saw my desperation and accommodated me by letting me in. She saved my a bunch of time, as I would have had to find a 24 hour Home Depot otherwise, which would have been time consuming and frustrating. Theresa's level of customer service is off the charts. I've had similar experiences with other associates at this location. I highly recommend the Home Depot in Chino.

I would like to commend the service rep, Regina Sommers, for her friendly and efficient customer service. She provided excellent deals toward my purchase of a Whirlpool kitchen appliance package plus a dryer. She also provided helpful information that I need to keep in mind during the installation process. She gave me a heads up about a potential problem that may arise with the installation of the micro wave given that that there is an existing backsplash in my kitchen - and if it does arise, that I should call her about it so she can make the necessary arrangement with an alternative installer. She also reminded me to have the installer test drive all the appliances to ensure they are all in working condition before they leave.

Chino store ROCKS!

Today is so hot. I was urgent to buy an Arctic Air Cooler. All the products sold out in the area. A staff, at the Home Depot Store, helped me with all of her attention. She looked the air cooler in the store, recommended another product, researched the produce online. Finally, she found a just returned Arctic Air Cooler for me. I am greatly appreciative for her service!

I purchased a brand new washer and dryer set - the employee that helped me was very courteous and entered a price-match to beat their competition. I'm on a budget so every penny/dollar I can save means a great deal.

Compared to the store in Pomona, this store is "Topps" Overall the staff is friendly, the store is clean and the service is great when you don't have to wait too long.

Purchased a custom front door at my local Home Depot. The purchase was made on May 6th. Was told that the order should take approx 3 weeks. Five weeks later we were told that the door should be delivered the following week. Made an appointment for installation to take place on June 13th. We were having a family event on June 16th and wanted the new door in place which is why we ordered the first week in May. On the day of the install I worked a half day to be home. The installer came to my home only to find out the door was the wrong size. They wanted to make the opening of my front door wider to accommodate the wrong size door. This was not possible and this is not what I paid for. I paid for a custom sized door. The supervisor on staff refunded us and offered an apology however we are left with an unfinished home improvement. Not happy.

Darlene assisted us recently at checkout. She had issues with the scan gun but did not let that frustrate her. She was very efficient and had a great attitude through the whole debacle. She represents your store very well!

If you need to purchase blinds or flooring definetly come here, and ask for Joanna. Not only does she know her stuff, she is one of the nicest people you will meet.

Rosa was cashiering at the self checkout and she was amazing! She went above and beyond with her customer service. Thank you!
