Everyone was so friendly and helpful upon entering the store and as I walked through the different areas. The salesperson who assisted me, Bob E., was fantastic. Overall, great experience.

I was shopping for carpet, very unsure of which to chose. Both Matt and Anna in that department are helpful, patient, and know their products. I would shop here just because of them, After shopping at other carpet stores I received the best value and products. Then I purchased tomatoe plants and they are growing as if I had a farm. The associate's in that department were also great

Cashiers are very pleasant and nice.

Compared to a few other Home Depot stores, the Brewster store is a pleasure to shop at; employees are helpful and cheerful, if you can't find something, they're ready to assist. Kudos to Jake in Returns for going above and beyond with processing a refund. And, thanks to the pretty lady in the Garden Center for turning off the plant watering so I could come down the aisle...even though I didn't want her to stop what she was doing! Brewster Home Depot=The Best!!

Good selection of what we were shopping for.

As a Pro customer that does most shopping in New York City, I recently got a few projects in Westchester and started shopping at #1272. Both me and my staff immediately noticed how unlike any other location, the staff here was professional and friendly and always in a great mood to help. Yesterday, I showed up at the store very late in the evening and was looking for 7 pieces of LUS210Z joist hangers. There were none on display as earlier that same day, I purchased whatever was there. I asked one of the associates for help and they called over Micheal. Micheal came over and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. He took down a fully wrapped palette of all sorts of joist hangers, to get me the 7 I needed. The process lasted less than 10 minutes and the palette was all the way up on the top shelf. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and customer safety. Use of lifts and jacks is something I see each and every day shopping at Home Depot stores. I have never seen someone gate off the aisles and restrict traffic in a manner Micheal did. I can’t stress how crucial these hangers were for my business yesterday and had it not been for Micheal I would have had to reschedule an inspection. I’m beyond thankful to him and I recommend this store over any other home improvement store.

I have been to numerous Home Depot stores in three states. I find that this particular Home Depot store is one of the best. It is consistently well stocked, well organized, and filled with helpful employees that go above and beyond to provide assistance.

Although I live in Danbury, CT, I love the Brewster Home Depot store. It’s always clean and all of the employees are friendly and very helpful. I’ve been shopping in the Brewster store for over a decade now and have completed many home improvement projects, to include kitchen, bath, blinds and more. I also love their garden section and have improved my gardens significantly over the years thanks to the selection and variety of flowers, plants and shrubs. I recommend Home Depot to everyone looking to improve both the interior and exterior of their home.

Most employees in the Brewster store are interested, helpful and friendly. The store generally has plenty of stock. The system of identifying aisle and bay on line for your product is helpful.

This store is very neat and organized. They have as many products as they could possibly fit into a Home Depot. On my recent trip I came across a female employee who was so friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to find products for me that solved some of the issues I had In my garden. I will definitely return. Nice to see a female and one so knowledgeable.

I find the workers & everything else just a better experience in the Fishkill Store on Rt. 9 & I-84 Junction. More organized & more motivated help.

Just witnessed some guy let his german shepard take a BIG DUMP in front of aisle 16 this past Wednesday! He "picked up" but left big moist STAINS on the floor that people then walked right through without knowing. Maybe I should keep a pair of boots I can change into in my vehicles just so I can visit the Brewster store again without tracking dog doo back into my car and home?

If I could give it zero stars I would. What a dump this store was unorganized, and dirty. The staff is probably the most unfriendly group I have encountered at this location. I couldn’t wait to get out of there! I’m not sure what happened to this store but it’s gone down hill. Never mind the 3 cashiers on a Sunday morning. I really would love to know who does the schedule? Shame on the management

It took me 50 rings to get through to a real person to find out where my merchandise was and when it would possibly be delivered... not enough customer service on staff.

I had the most amazing employee named Gabby from the Garden dept I think she was. She made a trip into a store that would've normally been a nightmare for me into a great time. She was so upbeat and really knew her stuff. She was so patient and kind to my mother too, which is really important to me. She spent as much time as my mom needed answering all her questions and giving her advice. If all employees are like that there, I'll never shop at another home improvement store again! Gabby really made a dreaded store trip into a great time. Thanks again Gabby, you were so sweet and amazing. You did a great job tonight, and we thank you for it.

The staff is polite and professional. The inventory and product availability is getting better. I assume there were inventory problems due to Covid.

With everything that has been going on in the last year I feel that the Home Depot that we go to has everything that we are looking for. A few times we had to order it on line but other than that the store is great.

This location is neat and organized. The employees are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. I will be using this location over my nearest Home Depot.

Stephen and Richard in the lumber department were very knowledgeable and helpful. They offered us help before we realized we needed it. They were very friendly and eager to help. Both employees are an asset to the company. Will come back!!
