Good clean store with good, friendly and helpful employees!

Too many employees walking around. Not enough cashiers. No social distancing on the lines. Poor signage for checking out of where the lines started. Had to return item due to damage and the same two employees were in the parking lot collecting one shopping cart at a time.

Sizeable store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

this Store some people that work there should not work there. I had to return a Item that Had Feces on it. I told the lady that I bought that Item the night before and I returned next morning and she make a bigger of deal for it. she told me the I should put this Item in bags before returned for her safety. she didn't care about my safety when they sell to me. I was not happy at all. she even make me to put that item in a bag when she had gloves. I don't Recommend this store they should training better their Employees to treat as like a human.

The saleswoman in the aisle I was shopping in went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed, and gave me great recommendations for cleaning products to use for the problem I was having. She was so friendly, and it made my whole experience there pleasant.

Frank took the time to help me get the right paint for the job. Very knowledgeable great service. I did not wait long the store was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful

Well run and organized. Staff demonstrates their willingness to deal with customer problems and do their best to address them.

Once again, I make the trip to the Brewster store because the Home Depot web page claims they have plenty of what I need, only to arrive and find exactly NONE of them. Three of your associates, 2 in the aisle and 1 at the paint counter, were absolutely no help at all. They did less than nothing, informing me that "it should be here..." Is this your new catchphrase, your corporate slogan? It "should" be here...? Also, it's 2021 and you STILL can't run a web page with correct information???

The employees are proactive. They approach you (especially if you look lost or wondering what it is you need), so you generally do not need to search all over to find someone to help. The store seems to be well-stocked, too. As for plants, they carry a very good variety & they take care of them well.

This store is a mess. Resistant store support. Tired of hearing I dont know. Web site says 25 of something and where it is. Associates say we are out and trust me we dont have it. They must have moved it and i dont know where it is. If you keep asking and press, sometimes the product magically apprears. Too much inventory is above reach and not easy to find help. When you try and get something on your own with a small ladder your immediately scolded. Yet it's like you have to beg for help. The older associates are typically a bit better. And once is a while you actually get somone who helps that knows where it is and what it is and what you should buy but most of the time its the opposite. I actually had a pro desk associate tell me they don't cut keys once 30 feet from the key cutting machine. Laughed at me while saying it. Store just seems to be running without a manager and without dedicated department managers trying to stay on top of the mess and the dirt. Too many associates seem to be just hanging out. Assocites who try and manage the custromer line only making the chaos worse when they are not really focused on doing that and creating stress at checkout. Getting yelled at for trying to get product above reach while having to wait forever for help. Inventory on the shelves all over the place. Basically a hit or miss grab bag free for all dirty mess of a store. I always seem to run out of that store to just get out of the chaos.

They have plenty of hand sanitizer, and the store is clean, the staff are friendly, and they have great gardening products.

I was blown away by the exceptional service from beginning to end. We are not 'handy' and usually find shopping for home improvement stuff difficult and frustrating at best. Not this time. We were treated exceptionally well. The 2 young men working in paints went above and beyond to help us find the right paint/primer for our project. They even went online to look up the best products for what we are attempting to do (paint laminate cabinets). They very attentive and patient. The older associate in flooring was equally phenomenal. He patiently explained our flooring options as he shared his own experience using the products in his own home. Even the associate at self checkout was patient and extremely pleasant, handling multiple questions from customers all at the same time with the same level of attentiveness. Working with the public can be very hard - especially now with all the crazy that's going on. The associates at Home depot truly showed the best humanity has to offer. Thank you soo much - PS: They deserve a shout out for going above and beyond!! I just wish I had asked their names!

My shopping experience was terrific! Not only did an employee walk me from one end of the store to the other to help me search for everything I needed, but I was also greeted by every employee with a good morning or hello! The customer service was outstanding! The people behind the customer service desk were also friendly and knowledgeable! I couldn’t have asked for more!

There's always plenty of employees in the store and I always purchase more than I intended.

I was not able to find the exact product that I was looking for, but due to weather I needed the item very soon. An associate was able to guide me to a similar product that gets the same job done, as well as answer other questions I had about painting metal surfaces.

Thanks to Rebecca for her help in finding item. I appreciated it. Also Brittany@register for her patience.

This Brewster store in our neighborhood store that we go to. This store is well maintained and stocked most of the time. We even find employees on the floor of the store to assist with any questions we may have in finding a particular item. All is all, this is a good store!

Wilsa at returns is wonderful. Courteous to me and every customer I saw her help.

We have shopped at our fair share of Home Depots over the years, but the service at this particular store can't be beat. The folks at the Pro Desk are the BEST! I also have to give a shout out to the fellas at the paint department who are also super helpful.

I appreciate the efforts to provide a safe shopping environment during the pandemic. I will need to continue shopping at the store, and feel that the company will do the best it can to maintain health requirements to protect its customers. Thank you.

Great to have the store locally

The store was clean, well stocked, and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The quality of the pellets I buy for my wood stove is good.

The curbside pickup is a great idea because it saves me money...when I go in the store, I always buy much more than i intended.
