store was clean and definitely being attended to. the rest room was immaculate and clean smelling. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful and easy to speak with. was able to get what i needed and helpful advise along the way. great job!! met and exceeded my expectations.

One of the best Home Depot's I have shopped in. Store is alway clean, departments are well stocked, lots of associates to answer questions and physically walk you to products you request rather than just give you the isle number to look in. All associates are knowelgable in their service areas or finds someone who is to expert to help you. Have multiple check out areas and lines are generally short to check out. All associates I have met or talked to are very helpful and pleasant. A very well managed store.

The worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to

Never try getting an appliance delivered from this store. After two weeks and hours on multiple phone calls, the store manage cancels an order and only sends an email of the cancellation. No explanation or follow up why and now I’ll have to follow up to get an extended warranty cancelled as well. Totally disappointed in the service.

Have visited numerous Home Depot stores in the area. This by far is the nicest store, well stocked and nice associates

It’s a great store...helpful workers with the right attitude..I KNOW THE ONE IN NEW ROCHELLE NY IS TERRIBLE! Friends say service is real nasty....I love this store when I can find all the garden stuff I need and don’t have to travel around! Keep it up!

Went to buy a John Deere Tractor. Couldn't find ANYWHERE to park a truck and small trailer. Incredibly over packed, the parking lot was total chaos. Spoke to greeter to ask about tractor purchase. He told me that I need the product code. I explained there was no tag on the model outside but I had the tractor pulled up on the home depot website on my phone readily available. I was told I can't take the tag off of the tractor, I didn't, but there was no way for me to get a product number because there WASN'T a tag in the first place. I was told to head to gardening and ask there. I did so, and was told that I need to go to the front register. Got to the front register and the associate re-directed me yet again to another cashier who "knew more about that stuff". Onto the 4th employee who backtracked and told the first cashier to search for it on the computer. After showing the cashier my phone and the GREEN AND YELLOW John Deere tractor, she found a yellow cub cadet for the same price. I explained this was incorrect and the struggle continued. At this point I was told to do it myself. I found the right model and the cashier took back over. She skipped the warranty information and promptly exited the whole process and we had to start over again. She then tried again, and she rang me out. Shoved the receipt in my hand and said to go outside and someone will meet me out there. Even though there were 6 in stock at the store I was informed that I could only purchase the display model. Eventually someone came out yelling "who needs a tractor" in which I raised my hand. The man said "Which one?" And I pointed at the one I purchased. NO ONE CHECKED MY RECEIPT. I could have walked out of there with ANY piece of lawn equipment I desired. You're welcome I'm not a scumbag. Anyway at this point I realize the tractor is scuffed and the seat has some staining but I can't even fathom trying to get anything done about it. No one could find the keys, I only got one bare metal key with it, I'm supposed to receive a free trailer with the purchase of a John Deere but there was no mention of it, or how I'm supposed to get it. The hardest $2058 dollars I have ever spent at a retail store. I'm at a loss of words. If it weren't for my neighbor spending his own time with his truck and trailer to help me pick it up, I would have spent my money elsewhere. This place is an embarrassment.

I enjoyed dealing with this Home Depot as opposed to the others which are close by me. I prefer to shop here as the sales associates are ready and willing to work and do not run away when they see a customer. The store is very well maintained and the sales associates are very pleasant to deal with.

If you need an appliance Bob E was extremely helpful! He was thorough and really took the time to explain everything to us and assisted us with making our purchase in person and answered all of our questions on the phone prior to coming in.
