My experience at this Van Nuys location was great. But only because of the help Jason in the lumber department. He went above and beyond to make sure my visit was a good one. The manager Armando listened actively and it made my experience that much better. If you come to the location, rest assured. You’re in good hands.

There are too many people loitering around trying to get work and they are not standing 6 feet apart. Everything else is great

Even tho we're going through COVID-19 they were really nice. They were doing all that was necessary to be safe inside the store. Even in the middle of a hard crisis they treated me very good.

The Home Depot at Van Nuys is a great store. The store is always clean. I go to the store couple of times per month. The product is usually in-stock and it is easy to find it. The associates at the garden as well as at whole store are very friendly and helpful.

My latest visit to The Home Depot was my best one yet. My wife and I went to purchase mulch for our son's school beautification project. Carl in the Garden Center was very helpful and kind. When it came time to load our car with 33 bags of mulch Carl and his colleagues Roger and Urian were so helpful. They were kind and willing to help. In addition, the cashier Jonathan was helpful. Because of Carl and the others' help, I will definitely visit this store again for my home improvement needs. Thank you Carl, Roger, Urian and Jonathan.

Mainly, Home Depot never has everything you are looking for. And, some employees not only stand around talking to each other, they block aisles when they are doing that.

Get rid of all the people hanging out front looking for work. It looks like a third world country. It makes me very uncomfortable, and somebody is going to get hit by a car.

I had a a small job of matching paint to an old cabinet, and know nothing about painting. I own a retail store and have employees that are excellent in customer service. Not until this Day did I encounter an associate like Annalise. She is on a scale of 1-10 a 50..... She greeted me and helped me not only find the perfect solution but then continued to show me how to apply it to the cabinet. I wish everyone could take lessons from this lovely young woman. It is obvious to me that she will be going places.....and will succeed I her life.

We visit this store as much as we can as long as we're in the area. Parking is usually pretty easy, and so is finding what we need. If we cannot find something, there is almost always someone to help us out. When an associate isn't part of that department, they either do their best to send someone over or have us go to an aisle where there are more products that we could also use.

Today I went in to buy a flashlight. At first I could not find the flashlight I was looking for. I asked a few people and they could not find it. Then I asked Johnathan and he did find it and went above and beyond for me. He went to find Austin who needed to get the forklift for my flashlight. Austin went above and beyond for me too. The Store Manager did a great job of hiring Johnathan and Austin because they went above and beyond for me to get me the flashlight that I wanted. I was very impressed by both of them.

Staff is always friendly courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this home depot to all contractors in handy man

First (only) Home Depot in the San Fernando Valley when i was really starting out in the ‘80’s. I believe the store was, originally, a “Handyman” store. Since then, i have used, as an electrical contractor, All of the stores in the Valley, and elsewhere, including Santa Fe, New Mexico and Anchorage, Alaska. Always good to come home!! As an old veteran and still a very active electrical contractor, I appreciate the help I receive, now, more than ever, from your employees at this store. And they don’t know me as well as your Panarama City store (closer to my house). Love the Home Depot!!

Very helpful employees when I went, especially the woman who cut open the packaging on the lock I had just bought. Clean and organized, I was able to find what I needed quickly.

Dirty. Lots of laborers in the parking lot. If you slow down they approach you - an uncomfortable feeling for me. Very poor attitude by many employees. Equipment used by employees (electric lift) malfunctioned stranding my goods and an employee and wasted most of my morning. Merchandise is shown as in stock on the web even if it is inaccessible in high storage. This wastes a lot of the customer's time obtaining stuff that is supposed to be available. No place to ask questions except from employees if you can find one. Pro checkout is in between regular checkout stands. Very confusing signage. Return area very chaotic and service is slow. The Van Nuys store's operations have varied over the years from good to bad. Seems related to changes in store management or trying to reduce costs.

This is the best store in our town. Nice clean and friendly associate just try and enjoy. Thank you
