Great Store Location Fully Stocked And Friendly Staff! :) True I Mean It!!!

I've been shopping at this location for a few years. I've never had an issue with finding what i need. Not as much as other locations. This store is very organized, variety of products in stock. The staff are very helpful as it can be a bit overwhelming when you searching for your items which is a plus. I like to be in and out. The self check out experience is really cool and staff is readily available if you have any issues. The cashier Jasmin was very helpful with my even exchange with no hassle and rang up my new purchases. my visit was quick and easy.

An employee by the name of Pat, was very curteous and helpful with an item i needed. She went above and beyond her call of duty, and i am grateful and appreciate her excellent customer care.Give her a raise HD corporate. acknowlegde your better than good employees, so they stick around. :) thank you pat.!!

I recently visited this store to search for some specific flooring I was unable to find elsewhere. I received exceptional customer service from Omar in the Flooring Department. He was very patient, well-informed, and helpful as I struggled to make my final decisions.

The employees went out of their way to make this a great shopping experience. There was a problem and they solved it.

I especially liked Cortney's professional and pleasant personality.

5 stars for an Employee rating not whole store. If you need help in lumber and are not a pro...find Ed. Hes a gem. He has great customer service skills!

Self servicing registers are the worst. I feel sorry for the poor cashier running around doing the job of eight people. If i wanted to be a cashier I would have applied for the job. avoid at all cost.

The 3 young associates that assisted me were excellent. Yet Monica Guerra demonstrates a strong sense of character, strong assertive friendly manner as she supervises with ease and purpose. Store#6661 seemingly is always busy , I found the staff polite, helpful and engaged. the stores level of cleanliness in the building trades section was high.

I looked online for a chest freezer. The one I wanted had 4 in stock at this location. I drove there. There were not any on the shelves. The associate looked it up on his handheld and it showed 0 in stock. However, he said 4 were being shipped and would arrive that week. He gave us the info for the freezer and we went to the front to pay for it and wait for it to arrive. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to us, the associate went the back and started searching for the freezer and he found one! Just as we were leaving we got a phone call from the cashier who told us our freezer was ready to be picked up, that they had found one! The associate went above and beyond to help us. The cashier, Vanessa Cruz, was friendly and helpful. Great experience!

I had to re-carpet my living room on a tight budget. I had to be careful as to the quality & price. Barry was most patient and helpful in the process. Finalizing the purchase with the associated carpet-laying company was as easy as if they were right there. Barry was adept at his job and it was an easy process - after I finally decided on my carpet choice. However, never did I feel pressured to decide. The customer service was great!!

Worst experience ever. Of course when you need to find an employee, you can't. When I found one in the dept I needed that employee doesn't usually work in that area and did not offer to locate anyone for me. I found another employee and could not answer my question. I had a question as bout a large driveway gate. I was told to ask at the Pro desk. Went to the Pro desk, there I was told to ask building. I needed to get out of the store. I got home and called to complain, I was on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up. This is unacceptable. I wish I could give -stars.

Instead of hiring more check-out worker's they choose to have you become their work for free worker's and have you check-out you item's yourself. they place Greed over CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

this store seems to have undergone a transformation in staff and overall helpful attitude. I cannot commend you enough for making what is normally a dreaded trip to your store a huge surprise. The staff in the paint dept was exceptional especially Daejon Crawford - he takes his job very seriously and really seemed to care about giving good service. Well done Home Depot - it felt like you really got a staff in there today that cares. Even the cashier had a smile and great attitude.

The garden department has a lot more than what I was expecting to find. The store was clean and the staff I dealt with was very courteous. Special thank you to Josh Z. for helping me find the items I was looking for and more. Dude, you rock!

These people really go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. There are no problems with returns.
