Recently purchased a new prehung front door and used the installation services add-on through the home depot app. The entire experience was easy and effortless. The installer, Walker, was very polite and did an amazing job that exceeded expectations. Very pleased with the results!

MOST OF THE TIME I NEED TO LOOK FOR ASSISTANCE FOR QUESTIONS ABOUT A PRODUCT. I'M NOT SURE IF IT'S THE TIMES I GO TO SHOP. EMPLOYEES SEEM KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN I DO SPEAK WITH THEM. I BOUGHT THIS ZERO TURN MOWER AND AM SO HAPPY WITH IT!

Customer service provided by Dillon in the tile department, Andrew in the bathroom sink and vanity department , and Richard at checkout made this experience extremely rewarding and easy. Excellent job by these three gentleman, especially due to the late hour I went to the store. Usually the closer to closing the tougher it is to find assistance, but not during this visit. Thanks again guys!

The garden center is excellent. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you find what you need.

I went into the store to return a couple of things. Normally they will let you return items if you’ve lost the receipt. They returned the items this time, but she was very rude and told me it would never happen again. It may be store policy but it sure made me feel like they thought I was a liar in front of other customers.

Recently I approached the Victoria Texas Home Depot store manager "Keith" in hopes that our local Home Depot would once again this year support a cancer fundraiser. It only took a few minutes to talk with Keith and I gave him the paperwork from the 501 and within minutes he gave us a wonderful item to put into our silent auction for the event. This will never be forgotten by myself or others that are with this organization. Home has had, and will always continue to have my business. Thank you Keith for your support in our community.

I am extremely grateful for the very patient sales associate Drew in the plumbing area. He is customer oriented with great detail. Very knowledgeable also.

We went in to pick up an online order, but ended up finding something else because of the customer service , and best of all they helped up load it too.

Had a great experience at The Home Depot in Victoria today. Found product I was looking for fully stocked. The cashier was extremely helpful, courteous and polite. She made the whole experience amazing! Will most definitely return.

I did not get an offer of assistance or a pleasant greeting from any employee until I was checking out. Even though my purchase as awkward to handle, I really did manage ok on my own. However, I got my two downspouts down myself, but I could only find ones with dents in them. There was no one to offer any assistance that a 72 year old woman would expecg to get. I guess it was not so bad the I would fail to send someone else to Home Depot.

Went to buy a refrigerator this weekend. Ms. Cavosos answered every question with a smile and believe me we had alot. Great service, Great price, great experience !

I went to another local home improvement store and waited 45 minutes for help before I left and went to The Home Depot. Upon arriving at THD ,I was greeted, taken care of and had help called by that dept for another dept. In less than 60 seconds, 4 employees arrived to see how they could help me. Excellent service is their priority!

Erik in lumber area was amazing and helped me find all the products I needed for a home repair. He loaded all and stayed with me, directing me to the correct area and products my entire visit. My cashier was Melinda, who also was quick, smiling and was just a wonderful example of great customer service!!

We ordered a vinyl lattice product which had to be made using an online purchase. The product value and the ease of pickup was a breeze. We will be replacing a wooden lattice that needs to be replaced. I will post photo's when the job is done!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is kept clean and neat.

I had to fire a contractor and got stuck with over $2,000 worth of material and Monica helped me, and thought it was time consuming and difficult, she was so kind, friendly and understanding! I really appreciated her customer service skills. I was not treated like a problem or as a number, but instead as a person.
