Lumber department was very helpful. Had to go outside into the cage to find more lumber and brought it around front and helped load. Great job!!!

The young lady’s at the returns counter were very helpful and made our warranty return easy.

Des at the store helped me and my wife amazingly.. we are not used to the help our local store in the Valley does not help customers , Victoria store helps through out the store Des and Patricia were so friendly ...Wish this was our local store

Des and ROger at service desk are awesome

Des Veronica and Gerald were awesome! But associates around the desk didn't help the two girls when they were busy they may need a extra person in the evening past couple times the girls at the desk are awesome and know a lot just need more of them to help out customers faster.

I was very pleased with the friendly customer service and assistance. After going to 3 other stores for an artificial Christmas tree with no luck I found the exact one I wanted at Home Depot - great selection.

The store's employees are outstanding. I was looking for cleaning supplies and trash bags. They directed me right to them. I was looking for a 10 x 12 rug, and didn't find what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I went home and checked out Home Depot online, found the rug in Iowa at a fraction of the cost, and they are sending it to the Victoria store for me to pick up. I saved around $150-$200. Each time I go in, the employees are extremely helpful.

Store was clean and organized and had plenty of merchandise. If you ask an employee about something, they are very helpful, if you can find one.

The store was well arranged and neat. The employees were friendly and helpful. I needed someone to crawl on a bottom shelf in the back to pull out a package of decorative outdoor lights, and he graciously did so. Then I needed some information in the appliance department. The young man was polite and very helpful, but then called someone in the department that specializes in dishwashers to come over and help. They were both great, and supplied me with information needed to pursue an appliance repair. I will definitely be back!

Purchased a DeWalt drill. In looking at the models on the shelf it said 149.00 for a DeWalt Max XR... I was happy with that went up to purchase, comes up 219.00 at the register. The clerk at the register Heard my situation and Didn't even acknowledge me or offer any help. Because she just stood there and did nothing I called the manager. He did take the time to see what the problem was, and saw I was correct, it was a mix-up in shelf Labels. Did he offer anything...No.. I took the time to write this because it just goes to show how utterly worthless the help is today. I worked retail for 13 years of my life and always put the customer 1st. How sad this is not the case anymore.

If you working on a project at home. The home Depot is the place to go the store carries everything and any thing that you can think of for any project that you have in mind I personally love it...

When ever you shop at this location, be sure to seek out Lauren, in the garden dept. for your cashier. You will never have a better checkout experience. Other wise, this store is just like any other “big box store”

I always go to my Home Depot first when I'm looking for products for my projects because the store is neat and organized. The employees almost always seem to be genuinely interested in what I'm doing and helping me select the right tools or products.

Home Depot has a better variety of items than most other stores. They were out of the item on special I was looking for, but offered a better substitute.

Your store is very neat and fairly easy to find items. When we couldn't find something or needed assistance, the workers were very helpful.

My wife calls this Home Depot store my second home. I spend several thousand dollars at this store every year, and have never had a bad experience.

The Victoria Home Depot offers professional friendly service. It makes shopping pretty effortless when all the employees seem to have the same goal of making every customer a Happy Customer.

We found the fertilizer we looked for in the outdoor section finally after no one offering to help or even acknowledging us, only to find all the bags were busted open and damaged. We took a bag to the check out and asked if it would be discounted since it wasn't even a full bag from being busted at the bottom and were answered with a simple ''no, we don't do that'' followed with her telling us to check back later on next week to see if it was on clearance though...I mean, really?? You won't discount an item at that time we are there wanting to buy it but you'll possibly put damaged items on clearance and tell us to come back just to check for it at a discounted price later on..what kind of customer service is that? We have an account and have spent thousands of dollars in that store and in return can't get a small discount on a damaged item that we obviously really had wanted to purchase after what seemed like a wild expedition to find ourselves...thanks a lot!!!
