I bought 6 Appliances from HomeDepot last month, And visited store at three 3-4 times different time of the day. I was quite amazed with the level of customer service I received. The following employees demonstrated, especially the older (about mid 60s) white gentleman in electrical(I believe Richard), and Arabic decent gentleman in tools (26 years of services), assists customers as if it their needs. They are both expert in their areas, full of knowledge, wisdom and experience. Sorry, I don't remember their names. Further, store is always clean with decent amount of light. Anyways, I like the Homedepot over another home improvement stores. Homedepot, please take care of your employees, especially veteren employees because they are your real asset in driving your store forward everyday.

I was shopping for paint to seal fiber glass ladders. Rafael was extremely helpful and directed to the correct type paint to complete the job. I will go to him for the rest of my painting needs.

Carol & Patty were very helpful, got me pointed in the right direction and were very friendly in doing so.

There were many people without masks on despite county & state rules for indoor masking. A customer with two children walked up next to me - all unmasked or partially (under nose) - I asked politely that they wear their masks - he became loud & insulting. I noted that I work in a hospital with many breakthrough COVID cases, & sought a store employee, who told me that they were told not enforce mask rules/laws. Asked to talk to a manger - staff person said "go ahead". Two of the three staff at customer service desk had their masks under their noses/chin. I have never seen this at other HD stores. This is unacceptable/unnecessary risk! Breakthrough COVID is real - there were nearly 30,000 COVID cases in Illinois alone last week. Corporate leaders need to take action NOW to ensure that the public and their staff are protected.

Home Depot is my home away from home and this store it’s one of the best I ever been 2. Employees are happy to help and find solutions.

John, Thomas, Ulysses, and Parava are the best. They should be recognized. John and Thomas brought me a gorgeous plant after they dropped a shelf and there was shattered glass. They did a great job cleaning it up but I did not expect such kindness. Ulysses was awesome in getting the return picked up quickly. Very impressed.

Great store & staff. Even working on the 4th of July and being away from there families, they still have a smile on there face.

I am a long time a pro customer at HomeDepot and I have visited stores all over the State. However, I have never seen customer service as I did with Shannon Doherty She was truly amazing and the definition of customer service and helped me with purchasing a few items from your store. I honestly hope you can share my genuine appreciation with her. She is an outstanding employee and deserves the best recognition.

This store used to be a great store to shop at, with friendly staff. Well, this changed, and some of the young employees are rude, disrespectful, and outrageous. Try to imagine one lady employed at this store yelling at my wife and me I hope I will never see you again! In front of other customers... how would you feel about this kind of attitude?!? Horrible service!! HORRIBLE!
