I bought this recently at Home Depot Winchester and love my new Samsung gas stove and dishwasher!

I’ve looked everywhere for a cushion for a chaise lounge and no one had a single one. Went to Home Depot and hit the Motherlode - not only did they have a great selection, they were on sale! I picked up some other items as well and asked a few different employees questions and every one either walked me to what I wanted or gave me the info I needed. This is my go to store from now on!

I bought Lights for my house, paint, wood floor and cement and I remodeled my kitchen

A peice that changes the direction of the ratcher combo wrench broke off. I am a industural electrician. I need this everyday. It still worked but i still had my worries. I bought it from the Christiansburg store, my local Homedepot. They came in singles even though I bought a combo of 2. The store in Winchester where I have been the last 2 months onky had the combo set. But the guy said he would replace mine by opening the set. Awesome. I expected they wouldnt. And on top of that while I was trying to find the single one a guy can and looked harder than I did. Lol. He also had great knowledge about the tool. And even told me stuff I didnt know about the Milwaukee packout zippers. I was impressed. He then lead me to find other items. Customer service has been crappy everywhere. People dont understand customers are needed for them to be employeed. These two helped me out greatly. I live 3.5 - 4 hours away. I would be willing to drive that far to shop at a store that cares for their customers. Lol. God bless you...

One of the best stores for materials and equipment

Several staff members worked together to ensure the garage doors I need could be special ordered to meet specifications fit my application. They were even willing and able to speak with the vendor to confirm I would be getting what was required on the first attempt.

Love all the paints I purchase at Home Depot. They always go on so well and cover so good. Great selection of colors. And the staff is always so helpful when asking questions, or suggestions on colors etc.. Very personable staff.

Sam helped load pavers into our truck and was very helpful and friendly.

Ever since I moved to Winchester some 16 years ago Home Depot have been my go to store to obtain must of the items my family needs to complete small and large projects. The friendly and very helpful staff had made all my completed projects success. Thank you HomeDepot. I will be back very soon.

I'm always in the Winchester Home Depot for all of my home, lawn, and hardware needs.

went to 2 departments. Bath, tub surrounds: out of all 4 of the surrounds that I was interested in and most of the tubs and surrounds on display were damaged. lumber: defective lumber was on the floor and a lot that was on the shelf was also defective. Lots of molding was in the wrong slot as was the dimensional lumber.

It came a day earlier than expected

I had a hard time getting the patio door I need, but Christine at the Pro Desk did a great job locating and setting up delivery for the door I eventually purchased

WE WERE BUYING $200 0F ROOFING MATERIAL AND SAMUAL SAID WE COULD SAVE $25 IF WE APPLIED FOR A HD CARD. SO WE DID AND WERE APPROVED WITHIN 5 MINUTES AND ON OUR WAY WITH A $25 DISCOUNT !

It's really not complicated when ever I've gone to Home Depot no matter where sales folks are friendly helpful and courteous

During our renovation, we me with your Millwork agents and were very impressed. That was the starting point and all went well.

Found the cooler we was looking for and the flooring we was looking for at the same time.

I am doing a home renovation where I pay for the supplies and materials. I meet my contractors at the store nearly every morning. We have been able to purchase everything they need.

Drove out of my way to get an item that the website claimed this store had. They didn't have any and trying to get someone to help was even more of a waste of time.

I ordered a hot water heater from the customer service desk. Erica was the most helpful human I have encountered in a retail store in years. Very patient, knowledgeable and eager to make sure I was taken care of. Also, love my new hot water heater that was less expensive but same high quality than other box stores.

Erica went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for!

I live in Ranson, WV, and frequent the Home Depot in Ranson because of convenience. They have messed up my project orders on two occasions now, both of which related to items I needed for projects, ordered and paid for items online, only to be told upon will call that there were no items available. The Winchester store has saved my project both times.

Patty in the garden section was on point! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Great experience given that it took a bit of time before a salesperson was available given the lack of workers at the store. When I did get help after asking it someone was in the dept. the sales person immediately requested help over the intercom. The supervisor and same salesperson assisted me until the main dept. sales person came to be of help. It was a nice experience, and I am grateful for the assistance. Very patience and understanding of the dilemma one faces when making a major purchase.

I had to return to the Gardening Department several times in one day, and the Cashier was extremely pleasant and helpful.
