People where awesome and friendly, had great service an didn't have to run around and look for someone to help me. Definitely will shop here again.

The Assistant Store Manager, Chris is rude, unpleasant, unprofessional and basically could give a rats scat about running customers away and their money. He is not made for leading associates in the Management position with his abhorrent attitude and demeanor towards patrons. I had good money to spend (unlimited funds) that he basically said it’s your prerogative to go somewhere else and he didn’t give a crud. He is not Management quality and the cashiers and basic associates were far more friendly and helpful. This man has lost HD sales and I have Future purchases that I’ll make elsewhere. He is a detriment to Home Depot and should be retrained and demoted. He should not be around customers whatsoever, and quite honestly he should be let go. We have never been treated so poorly by anyone at HD. He was the freaking Asst. Manager acting like a bitter, nasty ogre! He definitely showed us that he hates his job and all customers. We won’t ever return and made our $10k door purchase elsewhere, and will take our future purchases elsewhere when we soon buy a hot water heater, windows, lumber, flooring and any gardening supplies. Maybe $10k isn’t a loss to this meathead, Chris, but if he runs off 1 customer everyday that he works there, he’s costing HomeDepot a lot! Far more than he’s worth! Get rid of the guy and you’ll see your sales go up. He sucks!

Everyone there was very professional, got a great deal on some Milwaukee power tools. Special shout out to Rob at pro check out thank you sir.

I am still waiting after 3 weeks for my refund after being assured it was taken care of. Multiple calls to the store and to the corporate customer service line (more than 9) and more than 5 hours of being on phone calls, and receiving information I was told was incorrect the next time I called in because I had waited the requested amount of time and had not received my refund, and waiting and waiting and waiting for weeks for a refund that still hasn't arrived after just spending another hour and a half on the phone has reinforced my stance this was my first and definitely my last shopping experience with Home Depot. I lost time and money by being on the phone for hours and hours attempting to get my refund, after my ordered items showed up in unusable condition.

I purchase a lot of material, Jim at the pro desk is a great help, always kind, always doing his best, but he is only one person! The pro desk needs more than just bodies to support him at the prodesk! Gary is helpful as well but still not enough help at the prodesk

Home Depot store #4618 in Winchester, VA is far superior to not only other hardware stores, but also to all of the other Home Depot stores that I've visited in MD & VA. It is neat and clean, stocks almost everything that one could need from a hardware store, appeals to both males and females as they have something for everyone, and the employees are knowledgeable about their products.

When ever I need something, they are super at making sure I get what I need as quickly as possible

As usual everything I needed was in stock, Fantastic, always helpful employees. and checkout is always a breeze.

I purchased a new washer and we're excited that it's coming this week. The salespeople at Home Depot are always courteous, friendly and customer oriented.

No matter when I go in there someone always askes me if I need help. Every single time.

I had a Samsung clothes dryer installed. The installers did not level the dryer, page 28 in user manual, and I realized this later after everything on the top wound up on the floor. The installers did not hook up the Y-connector nor the water hose to the dryer and did not leave them with me or tell me. Finally, they could not hook up the M916-semi-rigid dryer duct. According to the installers the old duct turned downward into the floor and outward to the outside. They returned it to me and I returned it to Home Depot for credit. Mike from Home Depot has arranged for someone to come out and level the dryer and ordered a Y-connector and water hose (page 21 of the manual) to be delivered to me for installation at another time. Mike at Home Depot (540-723-0619 Ext.129) was exemplary in addressing these problems.

Every time I shop at Home Depot I am greeted with a friendly welcome. Thank goodness, employees have held together well and maintain dignity while working under these stressful times. All my concerns and questions were answered with confidence. Was provided guidance which helped greatly.

Most all the time I enjoy coming to depot. The associates are generally always cheerful, helpful, happy to see us. It would appear that they like working there. Debbie at the self checkout was very helpful. Without a hammer in my hand I’m all thumbs at the checkout. Young people space for sure. Several associates asked if I found everything I came for and could they help find anything I missed. Great fun!

Not only are the associates friendly, we were asked TWICE by two different associates if they could be of assistance. In other stores you can’t even find someone to help, let alone get asked.

Winchester Store #4618 has always been clean and I have found what I needed at most times. If I requested help, assistance was available and has a good knowledge of my needs at the time. Prices are sometimes a little less than the other similar stores in the area. Also there is less traffic making for a better shopping experience getting in and out.

The store was very clean and showing that they are careful about our shopping environment. All of the associates I encountered were very friendly and helped make my purchase both safe and successful.
