they have amazing staff here at this location who always are there to help and who are just generally are nice to talk too, good people and good store with alot of things always in stock!

Very friendly, friendly and patient in showing you where to find everything. Highly recommend this location to everyone.

I bought lots of stuff for my garden this year and they had everything I needed fully stocked.

We have a property out in Joshua Tree and the Yucca Valley location is the closest. I must say that the staff that we encountered were all so friendly, helpful, and very pleasant. I highly recommend this location.

When I need to find something, I really like that that actually walk to show me where it is my time in valuable, and I appreciate it.

Even the associates that do not know me are enthusiastically helpful. I am in the store about 10 times a week since 3/2019 building my house in 92252 and doing finish work and added value chores.

The employees at the store seem to be a low caliber on their assistance, or their knowledge of the store, and the store items. In my opinion. They just seem to be putting their time in without any regard of helping customers.

Absolutely stellar customer service at the ProDesk, and throughout the store. I do a lot of jobs around the state, and this is my favorite Home Depot store. —Joe :-)

Always have good service at the Homedepot in Yucca Valley

my local home depot, which is still a 2 towns over 30 min drive, isnt that much different from any other big orange box store the world over, they have all the home depot stuffs as they should.. but since were kinda far out n maybe a lil behind in the times here on the area, the store tends to reflect that, sure its got wood, cement, fasteners, etc... but other than the bare bones necessities, it really skimps out on the random lil things that you tend to suddenly need while ur on the job. but nonetheless its a solid spot, w amazing staff who couldn't be more knowledgeable and helpful which makes up for alot of the not-in-stock-ness lol

Tried to force us on a $50 upsell then when it didn’t work dragged the Xmas tree and broke branches, didn’t put on netting and wasn’t going to attempt to help taking it to the car until I stated I was writing a review because this was a ridiculous experience. Definitely going to drive further for a better Xmas tree buying experience

Please post a valid maintenance sign or signage - the Panel saw was blocked by random tools and a plastic clear tape was all wrapped around it - Is the saw really broken? A Valid Official Maintenance Tag from homedepot needs to be posted not a hand written on tape "SAW BROKEN" "BROKEN" thanks! almost two weeks its been "Broken" ???

I am remodeling my son's room and decided to go to Homedepot to see if I could find good ideas it was the best shopping trip I have made, not only did I find what I wanted I also saved some money, at the time of check out the cashier was very friendly had a great smile and gave me great information on their credit card. Thank you Patry your great.

This location are used to have a wonderful landscaping selection and then it took a dip for a while and then recently it stepped back up and I’m very impressed and satisfied. Also employee Dale, is a wonderful addition to that area and was a big help!

I was looking for some nice Halloween decorations and was very happy with what I found, I was very happy that the cashier that check us out was very friendly and was very fast. She deserves a big recognition Maria Elena

Karl helped me decide what kind of stucco and tools to use on my job. Anthony helped me stack 8 sacks of 80lbs of stucco; I am 71 years old and was about to start loading them from the upper shelf when Anthony jumped in without me asking and just started helping me. The cashier was very efficient and called for a helper to assist me in loading it all onto my truck. I think his name was Errick who helped me load it; I couldn't have done it myself. I went to give him a tip but he politely refused.

Every time I shop here the customer service is always willing to help you out and very patient in resolving your questions.

The one thing that impresses me with our Yucca Valley store is the size of the store and amount of merchandise for a small community. aAs well as the sales clerks are always so helpful and friendly and well-groomed. I don’t believe I have ever had a bad experience at our Home Depot. I do feel that Home Depot could do better on prices. I know that the HD merchandise is purchased in large lots and some of that savings could be passed on to the customers which would be so nice.

If you might have a return or question about an item from Home Depot, this group of people are so friendly and patient. A positive attitude pervades this Department, which we all have to use at one time or another and want kind, understanding service. This is nthe place to receive it.

This store usually has what I go in looking for, I like that.

The cashier's where very nice and they greeted me with a big smile, the self checkout cashier was very helpful at the time I checked out she helped me find the barcode because they where several missing from the product I bought. I want to say that I wish more of the employee where like her. Her name is Patry

Employees are always helpful, knowledgable and nice. Store is clean and well stocked. Corey helped me solve a tricky problem today and was very grateful for his help.

Today the team at Home Depot was so generous to us and our donation request. Lighthouse Christian Center is having a Back to School Extravaganza on August 6th from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. We will have fun games, water activities, crafts, snacks and music. We came in and asked for four 32 gallon trash cans for our game called protecting the flock which is a water version of capture the flag, and just like that Kelly the donations associate said absolutely yes we would love to help be a part of this event. Best experience ever. Home Depot supports their local community and Lighthouse Christian Center is very thankful for their giving hearts.
