Pete and Morris in tool rental went out of their way to get me checked out and on my way.

Yes the assistant was very helpful took care of transaction I was having trouble with. The product that was looking for was displayed in place that was easy to get to and for me to put in a cart. The store kept up and real clean real clean. The associates were very friendly and ready to help if needed.

Our shopping experience at Home Depot in Yucca Valley is always a pleasure and an education. We are not in the construction industry and often have many questions when searching for the right household items. The patience and information offered by the employees are exemplary.

Staff are helpful and friendly but they have limited stock, i normally have to drive to Palm Springs for the things i want.

The store was clean and well organized. I found the plant food I needed right away, but had a question about the product before I purchased it. The first employee I asked was rude. But Mike D. in the garden department really made up for her grouchiness. He was very kind and super helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out. His great attitude and excellent customer service were much appreciated...thanks Mike!

Store may be out of a lot of supplies but they do the best the can given sitution in the world today. Also everyone is so frilendly and helpful.

I have nothing negative to say about this store. Many times my work takes me out of town but when possible I will still buy my material from this store because it is my local store and I rather the money get put back into my community when possible. And because of the professionalism in customer service by a manager named Kellie and today's cashier Grace. You folks at corporate need to recognize these two excellent employee's. It is attitudes like theirs that keep my coming back.

The Yucca Valley Store is convenient to us in Joshua Tree. The store is well stocked and the employees are very friendly. I have never been disappointed by visiting this store. The store is well organized and easy to navigate. I always look forward to visiting this store.

Always in and out employees are friendly and never any lines

Yucca Valley Home Depot has been my go-to for most of my projects. Kind and helpful staff for the most part. Easy for me to locate items. I have been going here for 13.5 years, close to when they first opened the store. Clean bathrooms, most items stocked always. And their return policy and staff at the returns is excellent.

BEST experience at Home Depot so far! Great Customer Service. I went in to buy 3 Evap coolers and Josh immediately approached to help me. He got a flatbed cart and loaded the 3 coolers. He took me directly to the Customer Service checkout and was very efficient. (A female employee with purple hair also approached and help but I didn't get her name). As I left the store, Loader Amus noticed I had heavy items and offered to help load them into my trailer without being asked to do so. Both employees were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They displayed the level of customer service any company would strive for from their employees. Great Job!

Extra friendly staff - and just enough that I didn't have to look far for help. I did meet a couple new associates, so I guess they're staffing up a little.

Each time I go into Home Depot, I always need help finding my items, and anyone that I ask for help is always pleasant and helpful to me. I enjoy my home-depot, because I can always get the help and information I need to do my projects.

I got almost everything I needed. The exception was that the racks with 2x Redwood were completely bare. Staff was pleasant, and helpful. Superior customer service. The only downside, is that three times during my visit, I crossed paths with customers who were totally oblivious to the need to wear masks. This makes it less likely that I would return, other than for curbside pickup.

Nora and Rhonda were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with a flattop cooking equipment I wanted. When I checked out Terry W was great she asked if I found everything I needed

Home Dedpot is always a pleasant experience for me. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store is clean, fairly priced, and well stocked.

The Yucca Valley Homedepot is one of the better Homedepots. Clean, well stocked organized and friendly staff. Love the garden department.

I like this store, but was disappointed that they did not require everyone to wear a mask. When I asked the cashier about it, she said they couldn't make a person wear one. To which I responded, "don't allow them in the store without one." I went there for paint and the people there were helpful.

The crew they have working at this store, have surpassed the previous group. Happy and helpful.

The store was clean and neat. Most of the products were in stock that we wanted. The staff was very helpful and attentive to the large and tedious transactions my husband made. Thank you Luis, Angel, Adrian, and Blue for all your help!

Living in the high desert, we do not always have convenient choices. Home Depot is handy; however, many common items are often not in stock, such as basic sizes in construction or deck screws. Sales people are nice to look, but can't help it if the item is out of stock. The aisle leading to the checkout area is over-filled with displays leaving little room for lumber carts. No room for separate lines to define Cash Only or Card Only lines, which increases the wait time while other people skip the line and go directly to the Card Only checkout, because there is no line there. Very confusing, everybody unhappy. Checkout is a nightmare! Home Depot used to be my 1st choice, now it is my last choice.

Super staff. Can't be beat.
