Answer:
You should have the tool but if you are patient and courteous, I have never had a problem getting things cut down to my specifications. Cutting emt tubing you must deber the edges so that it dose not scrape the wire bare.

Answer:
This kind of pipe is extremely easy to cut with an inexpensive pipe cutter—just a few turns with a wheel-type pipe cutter and it’s done. I bought a pipe cutter at Home Depot for $15 that ratchets and fits in very tight spaces.

You would want to use a "hickey" type bender to bend rebar, not electrical metallic tubing (emt).

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent EMT and cost effective for small commercial applications I installed about 100 linear feat of 3/4" EMT conduit inside my company's workshop. The 3/4" was utilized to for multiple runs of CAT5 cabling (total of 4 pulls) and installed into a metal outlet box. I was able to use mounting brackets and couples (also from HD) to complete the installation in a very professional manner and at a savings for my company. February 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product I fabricated a safari rack for my 4x4 chevy campertop out of 3/4" conduit and the 3/4" 90° elbows. Very easy to cut using a standard plumbing copper tubing cutter and was very easy to weld with a mig welder. Paints easy to with minal prep. Alll said and done I built a total custom 6'x 4' safari rack for around $20 that would have cost at least $300 to $409 from a discount outlet. September 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best 3/4" EMT in town! This conduit was 10' long and 3/4" in diameter as specified. It was strait and had a hole down the center to make installing wire easier. July 2, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Used as support posts for deer fence. Commercial products were just too expensive, so I used these as posts around my garden to support a deer fence. So far so good. Maybe some day I'll actually use these products for their intended purpose! March 6, 2014
