14/15 rivets into a job my RHT300 stopped clamping onto rivet shaft. Backed spring retainer out, allowed spring, jaw spreader, and jaws to fall out. However, along with those components was an errant rivet shaft. Dropped components in, set spring retainer (screw), and I'm back to work. Seems like a well made device.

This tool never worked even when it was brand new out of the packaging. It was a complete waste of time and money

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bodene51 bad luck , wish i had seen the reviews.
I bought (2) rht 300 rivet guns in Pampa, Tx . I live in Irving,tx. the first gun I open worked great for the first 20 rivets. It broke. Opened the second rht 300 rivet gun and it didn't have the parts in the gun that made it work. went to the internet and look up repairing rivet guns and was able to get the first rivet gun working again. The second is useless. Since I bought them in Pampa, tx , i can't take them back because it is a 5.5 hour drive. i have the receipts?

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hobie18 Poor quality - Failed after less than 15 Rivets
I used it for a couple of rivets every 6 months. It worked fine for 10-14 rivets. Failed on 15th.
It would not have lasted a full work day.
It's out of warranty so now I need to buy another unit.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rick Try is ASAP to make sure it works before the warranty expires
Purchased the tool with different sizes of rivets. Tried the tool a little over a year for the first time. It could'nt cut threw aluminum rivets. The swivel head is a great feature. Only one year warranty vs Dewalt has lifetime. I hope Arrow will contact me after this review as I am past the warranty

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mark Breaks with aluminum rivits
Had used this tool on my wifes first trailer and it worked well (for the 6 rivets it needed. On the second trailer after about 15 rivets, a snapping sound and a washer comes flying out the back. No longer grasps the rivet and without a part breakdown, I'm reluctant to take it apart. And of course it is Christmas day and I can't go out to get another (and probably a different brand). So temporarily used screws to hold the light on the wall. I appears to be a solid tool, but the inner parts don't hold up to much use.
