- Use a high quality 3/8" - 1/2” nap roller cover, nylon/polyester brush or an airless sprayer (.015" - .019” spray tip, 60 mesh filter)
- Use BEHR MARQUEE paint as a primer for properly prepared uncoated or painted interior surfaces, including woods that contain tannins (two primer coats required for redwood and cedar) and heavily stained areas. For heavy stains, test for stain bleed-through by applying BEHR MARQUEE as a topcoat to a small section; if bleeding continues, a longer dry time is needed before top coating.
- Apply when air and surface temperatures are between 50-90° F (10-32° C). Longer dry time may be required in cooler temperatures and higher humidity

Pathetic coverage
Just finished 3rd coat of a “one coat” product. I typically use Benjamin Moore product but dealer I usually purchase from closed and I live in the mountains and Home Depot was open. Bought it on recommendation and applied with their premium rollers. No bueno.

This is not a one coat paint.
Absolutely the worst paint I've ever used. Takes multiple coats and does not level well. Paint stuck to my brush and roller more than to the wood. I'll never buy another behr product. I'll also reconsider paint products in general from home depot.

Beautiful white interior paint
I wasn't sure if I would love the all white walls for my newly remodel home. I'm more of a colorful wall paint haha. But this white polar bear color is amazing! It's not bright for the eyes. All morning and afternoon there's plenty of sun shining in our home so makes it perfectly cozy. The only complaint is that you can see if the walls are dirty.

Paint cut in and rolled on very nice. I had primed the area before hand due to the previous color being very dark. I know it says one coat paint but going from a dark color to a light one is asking a lot. I did have a few spots that were coated light but I chalk that up to user error and not the paint performance. Bought this grade paint because of excellent reviews on CR.

Paint Doesn’t Match
Bought 2 gallons at the same time, same paint code knowing it wouldn’t cover in one coat. Applied 2nd coat & the colors do not match!! One can is a slightly darker than other. Called Home Depot & was told mixed paint is non-returnable regardless of issue. Spent over $100 for 2 gallons & now need to spend even more to try to fix! Purchased this paint based on recommendation, never again….will go back to my normal cheaper paint.

Multiple paint cans of the same color can vary slightly, and mixing these cans together is important, as the color variations will blend together and ensure uniformity. If the color is slightly off, we recommend allowing it to dry for 24 hours before comparing it with the color card/swatch. Perfect Color!
This is simply beautiful! I have been searching for a great color to go in my living room and I saw a Youtube DIYer use this in her home so I got a sample and tested it on the walls and fell in love! It is a nice medium toned neutral/taupe, slightly moody. I did color drenching (walls, trim, ceiling) hoping it wouldn't make the room appear smaller (60's ranch), and it definitely didn't! In fact, it actually made the room look more pulled together, if that makes sense.

Not a one coat wonder
Unfortunately this paint is not one coat as advertised. Also, a skin develops fairly quickly, so going back to fix something isn’t possible.
Two coats did the trick.
Low odor.
