Answer:
No. It contains sodium hypoclorite, regular household bleach. Keep pets away until it's totally washed away. (ps - the bleach can be rough on the wood itself)

Answer:
No, it burns upon contact. You must protect your eyes and wear rubber gloves and have plenty of available running water. This is only for a few hours depending on the size of the area you are cleaning.

even though it says "yes" on the bottle I would say absolutely NOT.
If you wouldn't bend down and take a nice long lick of it then don't even think for a second your pet should.

Keep the pets inside until after you have rinsed the product off of your deck, fence or siding and they will definitely appreciate it. = )

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wooden railing I tried this wood cleaner. I must say it has restored my wood to almost brand new. My railings are 5-6 years old. I thought i wood have to replace certain areas. As i followed the directions my i couldnt believe the outcome. I highly recommebd this product for restoring any wood to new June 4, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by pleasantly surprised the paint dept. guy recommended this over several other cleaners and I figured it was SOP, it was a home depot product , he thoroughly explained it use and benefits very knowledgeable and I ask hard questions.. Got it home and used it on a three yr old deck first and it looked like new at the mixed strength. Had a few tough spots that we used full strength and it worked great.. Also used on our fifteen yr old deck and it really did a great job. It didn't look quite as good as the newer deck but comparable. Better than other cleaners I have used in the past! USE A QUALITY BRUSH ! July 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waste of time & money After a strong recommendation by the guy in the local store and his insistence we would not need to power-wash our deck if we used this. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. After wasting more than 3 hours using this as directed, it did absolutely no good and I mean NO GOOD AT ALL. There was no visible benefit whatsoever. If you think it's an easy way to get out of power-washing, forget it. Just buy or rent the unit and don't waste your time and money using this product. If there was a money back guarantee, I guarantee you'll be driving back up to Home Depot, ticked-off, to return this worthless product. My 2 cents GregT July 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great Works great - I used this on a brand new picnic table before sealing it. The chemical has a bit of a bleach or chlorine smell when in use but it doesn't last after the final rinse. While cleaning and rinsing I didn't think it was working because it didn't appear to change the color of the wood much but after the final rinse fully dried in the sun it was obvious that it had brightened / whitened the wood considerably. It doesn't foam or bubble as much as the product directions seem to indicate that it will, but otherwise no complaints. Brush on, scrub, wait, rinse. Pretty easy. July 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works well Worked well for me. I lightly sprayed the boards with water before I scrubbed the surface with a stick brush and this cleaner. I poured the cleaner in a bucket to make it easier to dip the brush. The deck boards varied from a blackish hue to off gray. I was able to scrub most of the black without much effort or time. The rinsing seemed to generate more suds than expected, but the dried surface looked a fairly uniform light gray. I painted the surface with a solid color deck paint. it worked as expected. June 28, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM....WORTHLESS This product was highly rated by a Home Depot employee in the Paint Department. I follwed the directions for use, and this product did nothing in terms of cleaning the deck. This was a total waste of money, in spite of a stellar rating from an employee who did not know what he was talking about. This is a common thread in selling...tell the customer what he wants to hear, regardless of whether or not it is true. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Deck cleaner !! This worked great,it took off 4 yrs. of build up on the deck. The boards looked almost new again. I was very pleased with this purchase . July 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Purchase Ever Applied on front wooden deck and back pool building. Removed mildew, dirt and grime with a single application. Spray off 10 minutes later and a clean surface. Wait for it to dry and then put on the urethane coat. Easy to use and looks great. July 12, 2016
