          Efficacious fan both in cost and function
          Purchased this fan a year ago for a small room (was on sale then and now but last year lower in price). I am not disappointed in this purchase. Good airflow, I cannot comment on installation personally as a friend did that but it didn't seem to take too much time and he did not complain about the installation.

          Easy install
          Ordered this fan for our sons room. It's bigger than needed for his 10x12 room, but for the price we can't complain. Install was simple, and it looks nice. The option to have more than 1 lightbulb would be nice. But overall, we are very happy with it!

            great fan for price.
            Pros: Looks great, we used white facing. Fan works well and is quiet. Easy enough to install. Con: light not as bright as I thought, even with higher wattage & fan chain seems to wrap around inside, LITTLE muscle needed and you feel the pull. Minor thing really, just wanted full disclosure.

                Not for areas needing much light
                Fans are great but lighting is poor. I put this in my kitchen and found that the lighting is as if on dim. Changed the bulb to an LED and it was the same...just dim blue. Used same brand but fan in other rooms and the lights were brighter even though assemblies died within months of each other. Changed to another brand all together and yes my electric is new and I had it checked to make sure it wasnt on my end.

                  I bought 2 of these, one for kitchen and living room. Installation was easy, I watched someone else do it, lol. Actually, they no problem with getting set up, removing the old lights was the bigger issue. But they're great, almost unoticeable, and work just fine. We used LED bulbs, so light is more than sufficient. Purchased thru PayPal, which is also great, free delivery and arrived soonrr than estimated. Overall great experience.
