Really pleased with this appliance, Samsung was on top of making sure that it fit before delivery and it's great to have room for food.

Got this fridge on a great deal at HD last month; so far it has worked great. Ice-maker is a bit loud, but otherwise we really like it.

The refrigerator is good looking and I love the double refrigerator doors on top with the freezer on bottom. Can put large items in door so there is easy access to milk and juice. The only thing I don't like is the stainless steel is hard to clean and shows smudges, etc. but for possible resale of house, went with stainless steel.

This Samsung refrigerator is awesome. Love the double doors , easy access to everything we put in it. The freezer is so great having it down the bottom . You can reach in the fridge and you don't have to bend down to see what you need. I keep the main items that are constantly being used on one side, such as milk. I've never had a refrigerator like this dbl doors , freezer on bottom. And I wish I had one such a long time ago.
Really like Samsung products first time purchasing their appliances (also bought washer -dryer). Great prices saved over $800.00 on the fridge. Very happy with my Home Depot purchases and their employees and delivery service, very polite and caring.

We purchased this refrigerator 6 weeks ago, and yesterday the unit decided to stop working. Unfortunately I did not notice it until I found melted items in the freezer. Since this was discovered later at night I didn't call Samsung for warranty repairs until the next morning. In the interim time, the unit decided to start cooling again. After explaining what had transpired to their customer service department, they told me that unless the fridge was not working at that moment then they would not send a technician out for repair.
I lost over $300 in groceries already and now I'm being told to wait until it happens again so they can send out a technician.
I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product again - I cannot believe their lack of customer service that they provide and the quality of their appliances.

Nice and big with good price!
The only complain is that every day it makes strange loud sound for about 1~2 seconds at some randomly moment (totally about 5 times per day, not very related to the start and stop of the compressor), like the machine got clogged, or like some water in the engine? I assume it's from the ice maker? it's hard to prof this issue, because if I sit there waiting, it might be quiet for a whole day......
It is a good choice for the people like us do not drink cold water, so we do not need the icy dispenser on the door.

Fridge works great and looks good. Delivery was easy and they showed right when they said they would. Ice maker tray was bent so water spilled into the tub and froze. Samsung said it was an install issue. After a few minutes arguing they said they would send a tech and did. Fixed the issue. Fridge shipped with a stripped screw to hold the door handle. Samsung said they would mail out a new screw. Two weeks later no still no screw. Other than that love the fridge

We've had this refrigerator for year and a half. Freezer drawer items have frosted up since the beginning. At one year ( still under warranty), we had water on the floor in front. We found a solid sheet of ice under the crisper drawers inside. Samsung sent a repairman, he thawed the drain line and left. It froze up 3 months later, I argued with Samsung and finally didn't have to pay for second service call. A small part was added. 3 months later it froze up again. After extensive arguing with Samsung, a different repair service was sent at no cost. He put a different drain kit on and said he has seen this problem several times. Design flaw!!! Hopefully they have corrected this problem at the factory. It still frosts up.
