25.5 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 605.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Design flaw We've had this refrigerator for year and a half. Freezer drawer items have frosted up since the beginning. At one year ( still under warranty), we had water on the floor in front. We found a solid sheet of ice under the crisper drawers inside. Samsung sent a repairman, he thawed the drain line and left. It froze up 3 months later, I argued with Samsung and finally didn't have to pay for second service call. A small part was added. 3 months later it froze up again. After extensive arguing with Samsung, a different repair service was sent at no cost. He put a different drain kit on and said he has seen this problem several times. Design flaw!!! Hopefully they have corrected this problem at the factory. It still frosts up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Coolant line broke in the first year Within one year of purchasing this product, the coolant line broke. Upon calling Samsung, they sent out a technician look into the issue. The issue was diagnosed by the technician as being a malfunctioning coolant line to the freezer. The technician was not able to fix the problem and informed me a separate company would be out to fix the problem. I was contacted several days later by that repair company (which was a company contracted by Samsung) and they informed me they were too busy to fix my repair and advised me to call Samsung back. I contacted Samsung following that correspondence and they stated a new repair company would be in touch with me. That never occurred. I called Samsung back again. At this point, a representative informed me they could not find anyone to repair my faulty coolant line and instead were going to provide a refund. This required me to upload my bill of sale from Home Depot on a link provided via email from Samsung. After several more days of hearing nothing from Samsung, I called them back. The representative informed me I was going to get a replacement refrigerator from Home Depot and they would be in touch over the next 5 days. I waited a week and there was not response. In turn, I called Samsung again. This time the representative informed me that the prior representative had misinformed me and in fact Samsung does not have an exchange program with Home Depot. Instead they would need to issue me a refund. For the refund, they informed me sales tax would not be included. After I expressed my displeasure in my Samsung experience, they agree to throw in the sales tax. I still am waiting to see if I will receive my refund check and I still have a broken refrigerator one month after this process was started. I bought a Samsung, because I thought it was a tier above other companies. This experience has shown me there is an issue with their quality and their customer service process. I would not buy a Samsung again, nor would I recommend Samsung to anyone else buying kitchen appliances.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Samsung customer service left me frigid My husband purchased this refrigerator and the extended warranty for me for Christmas. In July we started having issues with the left hand door popping back open when the right hand door is closed. Thus losing suction and causing condensation in the refrigerator. We called Samsung 3 times and they finally said we had to get in contact with Home Depot to make sure it wasn't an installation issue. Home Depot sent their guys out who confirmed the fridge is defective. They were to contact Samsung to contact us. 2 weeks went by with out a word. in the meantime, the freezer stopped freezing the top drawer. We called them again and they stated it was an ice maker issue (we didn't connect the ice maker) to which they responded they would send someone out. 4 days later I hadn't heard anything and the freezer is working again at this point. I called today and was told they would send someone out to look at the unit on Friday but basically I might have to pay if they feel it's not their issue... So much for the extended warranty! So in closing, I would say the refrigerator is nice looking and overall a good appliance, my issue is with Samsung's customer service. They love to give the run around!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Died within the first hour.... Delivery guys scratched the heck out of it getting it in my 36 inch wide front door... So they immediately ordered a freezer door to replace the banged up one.. Then they crammed it into the opening and insisted the door frame and the light switch were stopping it from sliding in... I removed the frame trim and the light switch and the guy shoved it halfway in before saying it won't fit my 36 inch opening... **word of caution**... they will tell you that 36 in is the minimum but there is no way it will fit.. the back measures 35.75 inches across and that does not account for the space needed for the doors to open if it is against a wall, like mine.... NOW THE GOOD PART ... the fridge died an hour after plugging it in... It hummed kind of loud but was starting to cool down... then the thing just died... nothing I did could get it to come back on (breakers, different plugs, etc)... Samsung agreed to swap it out but I will have to wait on them to ship another one... I love the design and the features, only if the dang thing would work... I will be patient and give them a chance to make it right... for now, I live out of coolers......

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely Upgrade Spacious, Spacious, Spacious!!! I have a fairly large family & we are excited that 2 people can now access the fridge at the same time. The drawers are big/deep allowing plenty of storage room for veggies/deli stuff leaving an ample amount of room on the 3 wide/deep shelf's (ample cookout food storage room) & 6 deep, well spaced door shelf's. The freezer is among my favorite feature. Easy to open, again deep and spacious & was easy to hook up the auto ice maker. I am very pleased so far with this product. The only thing I would caution people about is it does make a little noise, it's normal, nothing is wrong with it, it's only the ice maker and happens only periodically when it fills & dumps.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like the Inner Layout of Frige & Freezer / Dislike outer Front Layer This refrigerator was on sale for $1000 thus I definitely would recommend it at this price because it cools & freezes real well & I really like the internal layout with the freezer on the bottom. However, if I had seen it in person versus purchasing on the internet, I would not have purchased it if my intention had been to have it within my house. I purchased it for my garage as a 2nd refrigerator. The reason I would consider not purchasing it is because the outside is painted a smooth shiny black which is impossible to keep clean. Smudges, finger prints, dust, etc. show even worse than on our stainless steel fridge within our house. My previous black refrigerator from GE had a texture finish to it and was not glossy thus it did not show what I described. Anyway, it should serve my purpose in my garage & I just have to wipe it down frequently.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inferior Refrigerator with engineering issues We have owned and used this refrigerator in a two-person family for one year now. It does the job, but just barely. I'm glad we purchased the 5-year home depot warranty, because we're almost certainly going to need it. I wanted to explain why, in perfectly proper English, but Home Depot's website don't like detailed explanations. I constantly got the message "Your review text contains inappropriate language," without saying where the language was. Therefore, you'll just have to take it from me. Do not buy this lemon full of poor engineering decisions, such as an ice-maker that never makes enough ice, doors that look closed but really are not, a refrigerator compartment that builds up water turning to ice in the base, not to mention terrible customer service when you try to contact Samsung.
