A:  This is a white base that dries clear. It must be color tinted and mix at the store.

A:  I would not recommend it. If that is what you are looking for try something with higher gloss. The gloss will act as a barrier and will be easier to clean than the low luster paint.

This product will protect the surface from all kinds of weather conditions like UV rays, rain, snow, etc. We currently don't have a product that will resist pet accidents though. Exposure to pet accidents may cause the coating to break down prematurely. A:  Used this paint with a special shade of green for a movie production studio Green Room. Concrete floors(3 coats) and walls (2 coats) The floors held up well to people tracking snow into the studio and not cleaning it until the following day, when it was already dry. No spots left behind from melted snow, just from some dirt that cleaned easily. Dog urine could be a problem but it will be best to test a small area. From my experience, dogs are easier to train than people :)

A:  Hi vc, We do not recommend applying the Porch & Patio Floor Paint on garage floors. You should check out our 1-Part Epoxy Concrete & Garage Floor Paint. This product would be a great choice for your project because it's specifically designed for garage floors but can also be applied to driveways, pool decks, and interior concrete surfaces. A:  No, this can be used to paint a garage floor.

A:  My original review of this paint was so negative I assume folks are either disbelieving it or ignoring it. In short I regret ever buying it, would not recommend it to anyone and would never buy it again to paint anything. To summarize my original review, I used it to paint the wooden floor of a wraparound porch (~300 sq ft.) It is a porch that I would paint every 4 to 6 years depending on how well the paint held up with 5 years being the average using McCloskey's porch paint. When I could not locate this McCloskey's paint and the porch needed a refresh, this Deep Base Low-Luster Exterior Porch and Patio Floor Paint seem to fit the spec. In short, within 6 months it was lifting and peeling. I was livid. I prepared the surface as I always had - It was scraped. sanded, washed and dried before the paint was applied. A lot of work for a total disappointment. Complete failure.

A:  In my experience I believe temperature between 55 to 70 degree as long as it not too hot, wet or too cold
