A:  review by Delano, should be French Oak Point Loma, do suggest ordering Hardwood Samples. The digital images and room scene for this Engineered Hardwood Floor are very accurate as the actual flooring was installed in a home to photograph the room scene. Hardwood Samples are available online in a 5" x 7" format. Unless multiple samples are purchased it can sometimes be challenging to see the true color from such a small sample size.

A:  Could be related to subfloor not being level. If underlayment installed this appears to be a Floating Installation? vs a glue or staple down, as the 1/2" Mavericks has a tongue & Groove Construction.
