Easy install, good finish

The actual unit is fine and meets our expectations. The delivery process was horrible, was originally told delivery would be within 3-4 days, then it went to 2 weeks, then what we need last, the sowere doors, were delivered first. The actual shower unit and pan we had 3 different deilvery dates provided. In one call we were told "a suitable truck was not available for delivery" by you rep. terrible shipping and delivery process !

this is s great product... Home Depot delivery not so much. Had one delivered a couple months ago- arrived late, 2 separate shipments a day apart with a busted wall panel. The last delivery I was never notified it was on it's way, so my client had to bring it in out of the storm by herself.

Easy to install. Looks real good and the wife loves it. The price was right. It came very fast and the Guys that delivered were super nice. It is just what we wanted.

I ordered this alcove shower to replace a terrible old dark and claustrophobic tiled shower, and the difference is amazing. Before, I used the shower only to bathe dogs and store cleaning products, but now it is my main shower. It’s beautiful and sleek, and I love the shelves to hold shampoo and soap. I have been using it for about two weeks now, and it meets all expectations—I hope I’ll be able to say the same for years to come.

I don’t know yet. After Homeowner depot delivery lost my order then emailed me to say it has been cancelled because Home depot no longer carries this item while there are 2 in stock at my nearest Home Depot so I reordered it to see if they can figure out how to actually deliver something without damaging it.

Great Delta product. Though the box was completely busted open and the guys that delivered it were “unconcerned” about any damage and was in a hurry. Product great, delivery not so great.

This shower was delivered broken. The return process wasn’t that bad but trying to order another one with the discount I was promised is nearly impossible. I ordered the replacement over the phone 2 days ago. I found out today that the purchase was never charged on my card so I don’t know what that woman did over the phone. Please listen to the recordings. I’m going into a physical location today to place the order FOR THE 3rd TIME. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a building supplier. I hope HD improves their service

I was not sent the correct merchandise which I purchased, yet I was charged for the full amount of the kit. I can’t tell you how disappointed I was in Home Depot, and the merchandise was returned to Home Depot yet my credit card is still showing a balance. I have called Home Depot numerously times and have filed a dispute online with Home Depot. What a bad experience I have had.

Wasn’t to bad to assemble, love it

I'm very happy with the quality of the shower and the packaging. While it was delivered in a timely manner and in good condition, the tracking of the shipment left much to be desired. The Emails kept changing as to when it would be delivered. I blame this on the system not the shipping company. I would have rather had no notifications, rather than inaccurate notifications.

Very happy with product. Pleasure to use. Shelves very useful. 2 weeks. Corner of pan chipped, installers glued back on ,OK with me.

The surround arrived as scheduled and very well packed. My installer easily installed the panels. The surround is beautiful and will be very easy to clean.

The delivery never arrived and we were forced to buy a product with a different company.
