The shower stall came broken in a beat-up box that was taped up already looked like it had already been returned once like they tried to push it off onto me the store gave me a hard time returning but when I got a decent person to talk to they help me out delivery person said they could not take it back I had to contact the store took almost as long to return it as it did to get it

Special ordered. Could not have it delivered to store. Had to pay and have it delivered to home. Recieved it with a Crack in the base. Had to reorder and still waiting for replacement. All work on hold till base is recieved. What a mess.

Never recived from delivery company said they delivery. As they said with our vanity weeks before. And never did. Want do anything about it but to say . Dispute charges with your bank. BBB been contacted. With never order though home depot. Com again. Been a 2 month nightmare

The shower walls went together easily when I used some dish soap. Everything else was easy to install. We have not yet used the shower so we can only comment on the installation.
