This Tpae measure works Great! I really like the auto lock feature!

I had previously received a Ryobi auto-locking tape measurer as a gift and thought the idea was great. The work I do often prevents me from using two hands with my tape as I'm having to hold it up, adjust it, and use my other hand to take a photo of the measurement. My old Ryobi tape stopped auto-locking, I'd pull it out and the tape would, sure enough, slowly slide back in. This Milwaukee one holds strong though, even allowing me to put more pressure than I would otherwise have been able to without the tape auto-retracting. I'm loving this thing and it feels like it'll last me.

I had tape for about 2 years with limited use. The tape will now not lock until it’s extended past 3 feet. I have cleaner the tape blade with no improvement observed. I would rather a manual lock than an auto lock that does not lock. Good that the tape measure is not too expensive therefore I have it a higher value rating.

This is the third autolock I've had to purchase as the other two stopped working a month after I bought them, and then I had the actual tape break. They have the Milwaukee name but I figure this is junk from China. At least if I bought a Craftsman, they have a lifetime warranty and I wouldn't be buying a third tape, I'd be getting one from the company. But these idiots never even bothered to respond to my complaint. If you need a quality tape measure, stick to Stanley. I won't buy another one if this stops working in a couple months. Stand behind your product for crying out loud.

I returned a different wheel because it had a spring loaded stand that ripped holes in my pants. That one folded in half to store. I like the retractable handle in this better, though I wish it were longer because I'm tall. The screen works well, swaps units, and the handle is comfortable.

Love the autolock Milwaukee, 25 foot very durable first week I had it dropped to 15 feet off the ladder bounced off the ground picked it up still working great. Especially love the autolock very tight doesn’t give keep up the good work

Doesn’t reach 12’ without bending. Can reach about 8’. I do like the auto lock feature. The measurements are easy to read on the tape.

Product delivered quickly and was exactly as described. Love the measuring wheel - the digital readout is very useful and easy to read and understand. I like the tape measure as well - I much prefer the auto-lock rather than the old style...the old style seems to wear out quicker. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for small jobs around the house (hanging pictures & shelves, measuring furniture, light carpentry).
