Excellent brew and most importantly simple to use.

I'm very satisfied with the OXO 9 cup coffee maker. It makes a hotter cup than my previous coffee maker and does it in less time! I like the simplicity of the one button control. As long as you have the correct amount of water for the amount of coffee you've used, you'll get a great cup every time. I have one question/observation however - You select whether you are making 2-4 cups or 5-9 cups. What if you want to make 4 1/2 cups?

Makes great coffee. Carafe does not keep coffee hot very long. Not much more than an hour.

Purchased OXO 9-cup coffee maker to replace Cuisinart coffee maker and couldn’t be happier. It makes great pot of coffee and is looks beautiful on our countertop.

I bought this coffee maker after years of making pour overs for me and the family. That got a little too time intensive for the weekdays so I switched to a Cusinart which, sadly, died a little less than a year after I bought it. Heard good things about the OXO (SCA certification - optimal brew temp, bloom cycle, etc.) and took the plunge. So far, I’m very pleased with my purchase. The carafe arrived with a small dent on it. I called OXO and was immediately connected to an actual human being who got a new carafe shipped out very quickly.

I was hesitant to purchase a coffee pot like this. I decided to go for it and I do not regret it one bit. The only thing I would change, I would have purchased the 12 cup. Great product with great results.

I used more coffee and got a weaker result than we get with our Mr. Coffee. Very disappointing

I had already purchased one several years ago and thought it made the best coffee, so I purchased one for my Grandson as a wedding gift along with the burr grinder, and he’s been very impressed with the improved taste of his coffee using the same beans.

So good bought the second one. No more needs to be said!

Unfortunately, OXO has fallen victim to the same thing as many manufacturers: the quality of the parts is inferior to the way they used to be made. I bought this to replace our old one which finally died after 9 years of great use. This one is made with noticeably cheaper plastics; the button feels flimsier, the lids are flimsier, etc, but more importantly: the very first pot of coffee we brewed, it just stopped with 2 more cups of water left. When we contacted OXO they said to send a video and some other information, and thankfully it didn’t malfunction again since then, but I have no doubt this new coffee pot will NOT last the same 9 years as its successor. It still is a good machine and better than other similar style coffee makers, but OXO should be ashamed at themselves for charging the same premium prices for inferior quality products.

After cleaning each part with soap and water and running a brew cycle with water, the coffee tastes with silicone. I tried 4 times and the last two times I compared the result with the same beans and grinds-to-water ratio brewed using a V60 and the coffee brewed with the OXO was "plain bad" in comparison. I wanted to like this machine for the price and simple design, but the silicone parts need to go.

Coffee is not hot enough initially and cools off quickly to warm in the thermos . I shouldn't have to microwave my coffee for a hot cup. Very disappointed

Sleek design, easy to set up and use. Coffee tastes great and stays fresh for a long time. Definitely recommend it!

Very happy with the purchase. We bought a second carafe for those times when we have lots of guests. String and hot is how we like our coffee an snow it takes less beans with this new oxo coffee maker

I like the overall design, however the carafe does not keep coffee hot for more than 1 hour. That is disappointing.

Outstanding coffee machine. The delivery was blazingly fast.

The only thing I like about this coffee maker is the programmable timer. The coffee does not start and has to be pressed twice for manual brew. If the insert is not in Ie top it will not brew. Frequently the water stays in the filter with the coffee and does not drain into the pot even when stirred. Its buggy and not user friendly. The coffee it brews is ok not great. Not sure why its on the best coffee maker of New York Times and other consumer reviews. I would send it back but its too late.

Does not completely empty all of the water onto the coffee grounds, to empty all water I have to press the button a second time. Disappointed, I should return but I already trashed the package box.

I love waking up and having my coffee warm & ready. The insulated carafe is clutch. Very happy with this purchase!

This is the best coffee maker I have owned. I make coffee every day, and my Oxo 9-cup has consistently made good coffee for over 5 years now. It is easy to clean and maintain and it does not take up much counter space.
