This vacuum ran over my puppies poop and spread it all over my office. When I contacted customer support, they said they would give me a refurbished vacuum (even though its under warranty) after arguing with them for almost 3 months. Now they are completely ignoring me, and I have not received any replacement. I would not purchase this vacuum due to the fact that you will have no support after you purchase it.

The Roborock Q7Max smears pet poop around the house, sucks it into its dustbin, filter & docking station! I contacted Customer Service after its second fecal smearing episode and was told, “ We are so sorrry that Q7Max doesn't support the feature of obstacle avoidance so it did not avoid the pet waste.” I spent days cleaning poop out of the robot, off all the floors in my house and sanitizing everything! If you don’t have pets this robot cleans & mops impressively well.

Well, I got the vacuum cleaner, and I followed all the instructions and then I watched him go all around my apartment He did a great job, so I named him Bob, and when Bob gets done, he goes back to his little house and charges up I live alone, so I tell people that I have a new guest in my house and then I tell them about Bob Everything is great thanks a lot guys Bob and I thank you

Love this vacuum. Easily navigated all floor surfaces and has plenty of power.

This vacuum is amazing. We recently went through three Babo sweeps in the last five years, and finally decided to change.. Why I took so long please don’t ask but I will tell you that this Met and exceeded my expectations. It works flawlessly and the dustbin is so easy to empty. No roller cleanup. And what is very nice is when there’s an interruption in its sweeping it’ll tell you what is going on and how to fix it. I bought this on sale, and it definitely was worth every penny. I paid for it.

We have a large family with four kids under the age of 10. We spent 2-3 hours a day sweeping or vacuuming to keep it manageable. This robot vacuum is a God send! Works great!

Vacs and mops well with a terrific guidance system.

At first, I bought the Q5 and returned it, thinking the other brands were better than Roborock. However, after purchasing multiple robots from different brands, I realized Roborock has the best lidar technology, and the app is more convenient than other brands. And I love the features that roborock offers. I live in a vast house, and the q7 max does the job and makes me and my wife happy. I am delighted with my purchase.

Bought this Roborock from Home Depot paying over $450. It worked well for a year and then problems began. It would not start; it would not charge well and now it has stopped picking up any dust. Went back and forth with Roborock customer service who would ask for pictures and videos. Very time consuming doing this. I would never buy another product from this company, only to have it work for a year.

This is my second Roborock vacuum. Love it. We've delegated the the older one (S6 Pure) to our second floor. The S7 now vacuums the entire downstairs (approx. 1200 Sq ft) daily. Docks underneath a dresser, out of sight. Although nice to have, I've never used the mopping feature, so I can't comment on that. One thing I would like to see: if you have furniture with space underneath and a cloth apron or skirt that touches the floor (think bedskirt) the Roborock absolutely will not push through the fabric to clean underneath. I wish there were a way to override the LIDAR to allow cleaning in those areas. Still a great product. Highly recommend.

I have tried several other brands (for basic vac - no mopping) and am SOLD on Roborock quality. I was hesitant to try a mop model, as it sounded like a recipe for a laminate flooring disaster and would require an hour of phone app setup with a lot of troubleshooting. GOOD NEWS - No phone app is needed! All I had to do was (1) charge the unit (2) fill the little water tank (3) attach a mop pad (simple, simple process) and (4) press the start button!

It is all that I was hoping it would be! There were no difficulties in setting up and connected to Google super easy.

We’ve owned a few robot vacuums and this one is by far the best. I’d recommend it to anyone considering buying one.

Purchased the Q7 Max Plus after researching multiple reviews and narrowed down to what was had the features and price range we expected to pay. Finding this model on sale helped sway us a bit, and while we haven't encounted any issues we couldn't contibute to user error, I did have a slight bit of buyers remorse when I saw the Q8 Max Plus on sale recently for $60 more. So far we are happy with our purchase, and it's exceeded our cleaning expectations on laminate & carpet. Have not tried the mopping feature, but that wasn't why we selected this model.

In the past, I had two other brands of mapping robotic vacuums. None compare to the Roborock. The mapping works perfectly. Low, medium, high suction& mopping. Mop never left a drop of water on my rugs. Can clean 1 story, 1 room, area of a spill or everything. Strong suction. Gets under baseboard heaters& gets all dog hair. I can’t say enough good about this Roborock! Hands down, it is the best! Mapping was poor in other TOP brands I had.

We had trouble getting it connected. Finally got it set up and the next day, it’s completely dead. The base doesn’t work, the battery on the robot is probably dead. Didn’t have these problems with the roomba so I’m taking this back.

Roborock S7 surpassed my expectations. I purchased this because I saw my son had a robot vacuum cleaner, but having a cat and a dog I decided to get the vac and the mop I don’t know what I was expecting, but this is 100 times better it is worth every penny very easy to use. I am 70 years old. I use the app I do the zoning And they have a support phone number that they actually answer and will help you if you get confused. Don’t wait run and get this. I watched 100 YouTube. This the best one. I wish I could show you my videos.
