Vacuum worked well until it didn’t. Lasted about 5 months Sent it in for warranty repairs only to find out it wasn’t covered and could not be repaired. They said it got water in it somehow. Not sure what to say since its a vac and a mop with a water tank. We used it in our house. No one poured water on it or put it in any water. Guess im out $800. Total waste.

The Roborock S75 Plus is an excellent little machine which has more suction power than my regular vacuums. It picks up everything. This same machine can do both vacuum and mop. There is no need to purchase a separate machine to wash the floor. All it needs is for the attachment to be put on.

I've had the Roborock for a few weeks. It's an awesome machine! But it's not perfect. Pros Picks up on carpet very well! Thorough carpet cleaning Convenient - as with any robot vacuum, it saves you time Auto switching from hard surface to carpet is awesome Home mapping is really good once you get it going Cons Took a long time to set up. Instructions don't properly explain how to map or use the mapping functions. Dust trap is small - I sometimes have to empty it during it's cleaning process to enable it to finish and what's worse - there doesn't seem to be any alert when it's full. So you have to set a timer and check on it while it's cleaning to see if the collection box is full. Poor battery - I have a 2,400sf house - this thing needs to be charged several times to do give the whole house a deep clean. This is especially problematic when I need to go upstairs to find it and bring it back downstairs to the dock. It caught a cord on its first time out around my house - the cord got thoroughly tangled around the rotating piece underneath and the vacuum just kept trying to go. This is 2 problems in one - it should have a better cord sensor and it should stop vacuuming of something gets caught in it to reduce the likelihood of something breaking.

The Q7 Max+ has really good suction for a robot vacuum, which is better than my old one. And it comes with the Auto-Empty Dock Pure feature, which means the dirt empties itself into the dock whenever the robot returns to charge.

So far so good. I have birds so it can get pretty yucky but the Roborock manages!

In less than 6 months after the purchase,the contact on the docking station began to break down.Wrote to roborock,they did not reply,after a call they said that the guarantee for the docking station is 6 months,so buy a new station.The question is why we should buy it if the guarantee period did not pass.After more calls,we asked to send us an official email where they refuse to replace the docking station-no reply again.I do not recommend making a deal with roborock-buy another brand.

My house is located near the roadside, there is a lot of dust every day. Gosh what a heavy task for me to clean the whole house alone, especially the dirt under the bed. Thanks to the Roborock Q7 Max robot, it is really a helpful tool to free my hands. After the map creation, the robot could clean the house without manual instruction. It does amazing cleaning job, sucks a lot of dust. I like to use zone cleaning the most, which is very convenient and smart. I will keep watch the performance of it, hope no regret here.

I have been using the S5 Max flawless for about 3 years. Based on my research online, I decided to try this one. Because it is like an upgrade model of the S5 Max to some extent. Compared with my previous S5 Max, this model has a larger water tank, which could mop for a relatively longer time. Also, it has a greater suction power. Most importantly, I love the upgraded software feature, like 3D mapping, mopping route and quick mapping, especially the quick mapping feature. For an apartment of a total area of 800 square feet, I just need to spend 14-18 minutes to finish the map creation.

The Robot itself is awesome. It's an amazing example of technology at work. It has done a great job of mapping our residence and accurately negotiates all potential interference objects. It was easy to start-up and connect to wi-fi, and records it’s work history. It maps the house and updates it every time it runs, making it that much more accurate. Suction is great, runs smoothly, not too loud. I found that this model is compatible with auto-empty dock pure, I will try that dock too!

Doing excellent work

Arrived quickly and works better than I could have hoped. Incredibly powerful robot vacuum with really handy mapping options, including multiple floor support and ability to label and define rooms, and you can send it where you want it through an app on your phone. The improved suction is noticeable but quiet. It gets under beds and under tables and transitions from hardwood floor to carpet to tile without any problems, and it’s picking up animal hair nicely. You can choose the suction power and mopping intensity in the app, and it detects when it's on carpet so it will only vacuum. Maintenance is very easy, although I recommend buying extra mops and filters if you use it every day. Everything is as what was expected, it has now become essential in our home. I like it because it makes my life easier and I can't wait to recommend it to my friends!

This does a great job on hardwood (vacuuming and moping) and on carpet. It gets corners very clean, more than expected. The docking station works great for charging and emptying the dust bin! The biggest con... it cannot connect to a wifi network that has special characters in the name or password... what??? This is redicilous. So if you like connected devices and have a strong wifi password with characters.. look elsewhere. But the robovac works great not connected to wifi, thus the 5 star review.

I had a S5 for about 3 years and i was thingking to upgrade to a newer robot with more function and larger suction power. I'm very excited about s7 maxv ultra but i can't afford it now. I choose this one finally and it really exceeds my expectation!!! The suction power is very large, it can sucks in all the debris on the floor, i'm really satisfited with it's cleaning performance.

Outstanding performance on large areas of hard floors and on the bedrooms with carpet. I have a dog that sheds hair and this presents no problem. It saves me so much time and effort. I love my roborock and would highly recommend this product. Absolutely worth the money.

Very pleased but down side with large family’s have to make sure everything is picked up including shoes as it does love show laces and cords. Works wonderfully on the carpet without needing to remove the mop function. And the auto dust removing dock cleans and empties better than I do.

Love it except it won't work on shag area rugs and gets caught on the corners of my other area rugs too.

Although I do like being able to have clean floors whenever I want, it “cleans” with just water. And the mop only leaves a narrow wet strip even after I adjusted the pressure of the mop and water dispenser. The vacuum works well. You definitely have to start with a clean floor (using an actual cleaning product) and then use the robot every day in order to have really clean floors.

It has made my life so much easier! It has great suction for carpets and bare floors and truly does Clean your floors. Just know that it is made to maintain your floors clean between deep mopping. And recently I put Wetjet cloths instead of it’s own cloth and it worked well. Nevertheless. Fascinating to watch and very easy to use. Please know that it is intended for flat surfaces not stairs! I use books to block it from where I don’t want it to clean or if it will go near stairs. Wonderful purchase! It’s my best friend. Wipes my floors while I rest or do other chores. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT.

This vacuum is a great helper! It’s easy to adjust the vacuuming and mopping mode in the app, set up the map with quick mapping, then the robot starts it’s job.The suction is powerful, it does a good job and works well with pet’s hair from floor to carpet in my house. The connected water tank and dust bin seems really smart, which reminds me adding water when empty the dust bin, that saves me a lot of work. Child lock is safe for my little baby, she’s so interested in the moving robot! Very happy with the coverage and cleaning so far, I’d like to recommend to my friends!

I have a baby so I don't have much time to clean my house. My husband want to free my hand and he gave me this robot as a gift on my birthday. I'm super satisfied with the little helper, it saves me! The Roborock app is super easy to use and very functional. I map my house first within about 20 minutes then I set different vacuum and mop for each room and let it go, the robot did a wonderful job. Now i set a schedule and the robot will start cleaning by itself according to the setting, love it very much! I also recommend it to my friends and they are going to get one!

I'm a nurse and super busy so I needed help with the house. Very pleased with the mapping and how much it covers. My old Robot would bang around the house and occasionally I would find it stuck behind a chair when I woke up in the morning. This one is also much quieter and Love that it can mop as well. This one navigates obstacles and works efficiently to cover more territory. Phone notification and mapping is awesome.
