It was easy to replace my old unit that was leaking. Turn off the water, unscrew two screws and screw on the new unit. Couldn’t be simpler!

I purchased this valve for an elderly neighbor who no longer has the hand strength to open or close rotary hand valves. The valve works well but would be slightly better if the control lever were slightly longer so that it could be opened and closed with less effort.

Purchased this washing machine shut off valve and it took less than 10 minutes to replace the faulty valve. It works great and I would recommend it to others.

Following manufacturer directions... installation was easier than imagined. Installing a new machine, needed to address replacing older pipes and valve in which were unusable and unsafe. Watts products have never let me down.

Installed this valve as a replacement for a similar valve twenty or more years older. Removed the supply fittings from the new one in 1 0seconds and installed the main body, etc.... on the existing piping adapters with no plumbing required. Works perfectly.

Our old valve started leaking. The price for buying a repair kit (with LOTS of washers) ok, but I could buy a whole new valve for not much more. I didn't even have to solder it in since the 2 large screws come out and the new valve can be screwed in to replace the old valve very easily.
