From the moment I walked in to buy a washer and dryer I was treated like a problem. Maybe it was because no one wanted to work? I had to beg 5 different people including a store manager to help me get the products down and load them into my truck. They ended up getting the dryer down but my husband and I had to load it ourselves using a cart after they left it! I have never had such a hard time spending $1469 in my life! Home Depot needs to hire better people who care.

NICE ITEM ON SALE WAS VERY HELPFULL

I was skeptical about being able to call a phone number and get what I needed. After a few minutes Charlene was able to gather information from the order number I gave her. She took care of requesting the blades I needed, helped me pay for them through the call, and informed me of when to expect them to be delivered. It was very clear communication and I received emails with updates. I am super happy with the support for these blades needed after having my ceiling fan installed for 2 years.

This kind and patient man not only helped me get boxes to move on 05/29/2024 he cheered me up! How often can you say that? His enthusiasm was contagious as was his kindness. Simply thank you, thanks for being you! God Bless you!!

This store has very helpful associates with clean environment and well stocked merchandise. Well run/led organization. The people at Home Depot seem to get it. They know what is like to be customers who don't know products very well and/or where they are located. SO, the Home Depot people take a little time to talk about specific products and variations. AND, THEY DON'T JUST TELL YOU TO GO WAY BACK INTO THE CORNER OF THE HUGE BUILDING TO FIND THE ITEMS YOU WANT. HOME DEPOT PEOPLE TAKE YOU THERE AND CHAT ALONG THE WAY ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH THE PRODUCTS AND VARIATIONS TO USE.
