I visited the rental section for a truck and the main store for materials for a patio. The customer service was EXCELLENT! Omar and MIchael were amazing!

i bought for the first time and was having a great experience

A few years ago, Cheryl in kitchen and bath helped us design our kitchen makeover. It's beautiful and makes me smile!! She truly knows her stuff!!! Today, Mark in Carpets knowledgeable and helpful in getting best options for next phase of carpet replacements for us. Finally, WHAT would the Fairfax area do without our dear Ellie in the carpet measuring department??? She's been to my home several times for each piece of the project. Super powers at work! Her dedication, experience, speedy, precise measurements are laser focused, and always so polite and kind! Please give her a well-deserved raise!

Customer service is the main reason I shop this store. Other locations are sub-par. John and Jordan consistently make my purchases easy. They often have to intervene when other HD teammates fall short.

I bought tempered hardboard that should be cut to precise size and I got an excellent service from a gentleman called Micheal from Hardware. He is very knowledgable and helpful. I can say this the best service I have received in my entire store experience.

I have been extremely satisfied with what I bought at Home Depot.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael M. in hardware who was extremely knowledgeable about my needs and concerns. I simply explained what I was seeking to do and he was able to guide me in the right direction without hesitation. He also offered tons of time saving tips that will help save my business valuable time and money.

Although there are at least three Home Depot locations closer to my home,and they’re all good,the #4639 Fairfax Circle,Virginia is my favorite for the last 18 years! A big,well lighted,and SAFE parking lot,as well as a solid Store Management Team,and associates who are not only knowledgeable,but are consistently really nice! Thanks HD!

Mark & Alan were great!

I came in to exchange my empty water jug for a full one and Scott was kind enough to walk me over to the water exchange station and helped me carry out the water jug to my car seeing I had my children with me. It was very sweet of him to step up and help me you don’t see that these days. Thanks to Scott's kindness I will definitely be coming back.

I purchased a new refrigerator and Vadad was very helpful.

Needed to enhance my Art Gallery with flooring and Mark in flooring was very helpful in helping me select the correct. type with suggestions. Mohammed (MOD) was also very helpful for my future flooring projects. Clean, store with nice associates who are knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend this store.

I was looking for a particular item and wasn’t able to find it. Jim asked me if he could help me find what I needed and he did—saved me a lot of time.

The employees behind the paint counter and the check-out all did there very best to assist me with my purchases.

A little over a year ago I selected kitchen appliances, stove and refrigerator, and a washing machine and dryer for my son's home in Michigan. There were some size limitations requiring a change in order and additional items like exhaust fan for over stove, etc. that had to be ordered. The sales person who assisted me patiently helped get all arranged for delivery from the Home Depot in Detroit and get as timely a delivery date as possible. It made the move so smooth and there was never a problem that it was not a local placement.

Frequent this store often with mu husband and always find the service and products we need for our home. Mark in Flooring was able to give us the area rug we needed for updating our living room. william at checkout was very helpful. Mark and William are typical solid associates who can be depended on. This store is well managed, clean, well organized and solid associates who go out of their way for customers.

Spent time in this store and Mark led us thru totes and hardware to gather the items we needed. Zayne also assisted in Hardware. and Fadumo at checkout. I recommend this store highly. Found the all items we needed except one which was located at another HD. Solid service, solid associates, clean, well organized, and well managed. Mark, Zayne, and Fadumo were Solid.

Walking into the store, it looked great and had plenty of the items I was looking for in stock. I bought some gift cards and a universal remote. I am so happy to have gotten these for the Holidays and look forward to returning soon.

Come to this HDepot store quite often. Mark and John in Flooring were able to assist me and give me great service for my project. Christina was very nice at checkout. I will continue to visit and recommend this store to all my friends, family, and parish.

Allen and Mohammad the manager, are the best. I was lucky enough to have Allen help me look for what I thought I needed and then further ask me what I was trying to accomplish. Allen then helped me solve the problem with other products. I will ask for him by name from now on.

For tool and equipment rental, I recommend Michael in the Too Rental shop. They have a huge stock, and he is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time and effort to make sure you get what you need for your project.

I sometimes go out of my way to this Home Depot. The store is neat and well stocked, and the staff are efficient and communicate well with each other.

The paint department employee was horrible. I had to tell him, not once, not twice but three times what paint i wanted. When i went to check out i went to a live cashier and he did not even attempt to bag my items even though i had purchased several things. I have no idea how he thought i would get my purchases to my car without a bag.

My sister and I came in for cement stone or slab to cover part of our yard. Allen was really helpful, both in providing insight and excellent customer service. He made the trip easy and seamless since we did not have to haul the brinks to the front! HE brought it out for us and loaded them into our car. Thank you Allen for your assistance.

Great quality and very helpful team. For 7 years in a row! They really provide excellent guidance and assistance for all my DIY projects and provided excellent contractor to replace my Gas Tank water heater in less than 24 hours.

Plenty of employees in the building but no one helped me. The one person who finally helped me with one item said he wasn’t sure, and I ended up with the wrong product.

Needed to complete a fairly complex stair project using laminate flooring. Mark offered options and made the trip complete. He gave me insight for the risers on my stairs. I will continue to come here weekly. Well organized store, well managed store with friendly proactive associates. Firouzeh was great at checkout. Highly recommended Home Depot.

Twice I have had an issue with my trimmers. Mike and Ryan in Rentals were exceptionally helpful, understanding, and kind! Both went above and beyond the call to take care of our needs.
