Needed project materials in bldg. mat'ls, hardware, and flooring. Mark, in flooring, guided us thru different departments and gave us guidance we needed to complete our projects. We come to this HD store for its service from associates, Mark and Mary (at checkout). Clean, well managed, expertise, and knowledgeable associates. Recommend this store highly. We'll be back.

Frequent this store often with my family for our real estate properties. This store has very friendly employees. Well stocked, with numerous home improvement products. Mark in flooring led me to the correct sealer products and applications for my new stone shower floor, wall tile project and well informed me for the project. Highly recommend this Home Depot. Needed shower floor bathroom re-tiled and Mark in Flooring walked me thru various colors, types , and options including grout and adhesives. This is a nice clean store with many selections. Service with handwipes available was also a nice feature. Recommend this store and will be back.

In from out of town fixing my daughter's home and Mark directed me in Flooring for the items to complete my project. This is a cleaner, more helpful HD store than others where I am from in South Carolina. Associates and Managers are nicer and more helpful and knowledgeable associates. Love this store great customer service with clean easy to find items for my flooring installation and kitchen remodel. Like this Home Depot for its supply and appearance. Mark in Flooring brought down about 10 - 6 foot marble thresholds that I needed for a home remodel. The Home Depot near Pickett Rd has a working machine to cut lumber which was not available at the Annandale Home Depot. Kelvin who works at the Annandale Home Depot recommended I come to the Picket Home Depot. Allen was exceptional in meeting my needs to cut the lumber I purchased. Allen is very professional and thorough in knowing Home Depot polices and explained in detail how to best cut my lumber. Because of Allen, all my lumber purchases will be at done at the Picket Home Depot.

The Home Depot employees at this Fairfax Circle store are some of the most knowledgeable associates in the business. In addition, they are always friendly and helpful making the shopping experience much more pleasant. Associates like Mike in Hardware, Mark in flooring, and John at Service Desk make the visit fast and efficient. This is my most favorite Home Depot in the area and the United States, and I have been to several.. Well managed and organized Fairfax Circle store.
