I absolutely love Home Depot’s plant selections!!! They never fail me when it comes to shopping for my garden

Quality products, well trained, friendly employees throughout the store, very competitive pricing on products, plus veterans benefits make this store a wonderful place to shop.

My family & I made a very large purchase than we are used to doing so, & it was so encouraging to be able to shop with ease of mind with reliable product & decent pricing.

A lot of help there was always a employee asking if I need help

I love this Home Depot. You can tell people enjoy working here too. They smile and laugh with each other and they help the customers that way too.

The only store that seemed to have 12 pack yellow violas. It's not the same with pansies to me. My only complaint is that I did not buy more. I always come and check this garden center at least once a week. You need to see what is blooming and in stock regularly if you want to keep your garden interesting year round.

Rude folks! The computer is the nicest thing about this store.

Employees are rude and speak very condescending to you. They even raise their voices at you.

Wrong dishwasher delivered to the home. The delivery driver took the new dishwasher and the old dishwasher. When we called to figure out the exchange or refund policy, we receive the runaround. Went into the store Saturday 8/26 very concerned and frustrated. When we asked to talk to the manager we were told to go back to the appliance section and someone will meet us. No one met us and we had to go back up to the front. Getting the run around again. When the manager and assistant did come to the front. Instead of being told what they could do to help us, they told us what they couldn’t do. The managers told us we had to call the vendor for help, they couldn’t do anything at the store. So, I stood at the customer service desk with the assistant manager and call Home Depot customer service over the phone to see if they could help me since the store couldn’t. Home Depot customer service representative over the phone, walked us through the exchange process with the in store assistant manager to find a solution. When I told the Home Depot customer service representative over the phone, “with this exchange policy it’s not really giving me a reason to want to do business with them.” She explained she would give 10% when we re do the purchase. Which I appreciate the offer, but with the horrible customer service in the store I’m not sure I will shop there, it was very obvious the employees and the management team could care less about helping us or if we shop at their store. I think it’s very important in customer service when people are upset to know that people want to hear what you CAN do not what you CANT do. Home Depot customer service representative on the phone was great at reassuring us that she could help us and give us a solution to the issue.

I have spent over 5k this month alone at HD and have previously had great experiences. Today they were ignoring customers, rude and no help loading order which caused the load to break as I was trying to load alone. When I asked for help I was told I could go get it myself.

Employees were so help and very nice. I shop here a lot for our company and I always start right here at the Home Depot and never have to go elsewhere !!! My wife and I have worked side by side for 25 years when we go to shop at the Home Depot she goes towards the plants and I go towards the tools.

Ali loaded my new lawn mower onto a cart, took it to check out then loaded it into my car. He refused to take a tip, saying "Your thanks is my satisfaction". Beyond the best customer service!

I purchased a Refrigerator, LG, in 15 minutes successfully and all details were explained to me patiently. Thanks to highly trained employees.

It was a very bad experience. Zero help. Ignored. The staff made me feel I was in the way. They might get there wish. I had a siMilar experience several mo the ago. I can and will find another supply if this attitude persists.

I bought a Traeger grill here and saved 200.00 dollars. Had it assembled for free and the salesman went above and beyond to make sure I got the service and helped me load it the following day

The employees at the desk are to busy visiting and doing their own thing to make sure your purchase is done right. If you are trying to get the veteran's discount, make sure you reboot your phone and have a new bar code to scan. Because, if it doesn't work, they'll blow you off like it's your problem.

Return desk . Cashier Belinda was fast and friendly. Also Michelle in plumbing stopped us and asked if we found everything we needed . When we told her our concerns she said let me take you and help .she went above and beyond not only helping us in plumbing but also in lumber department.

Went to get some flooring from the Home Depot on soncy. The associate that helped us was very polite and didn’t hesitate to drop what she was doing to help. Very helpful. When we went to check out the cashier Grace was very helpful as well with a bright attitude. So jolly. Loved the visit today.

I had to go to the store to resolve an issue with an appliance that wasn't delivered, the order had previously been cancelled and I still hadn't received a refund on my credit card. The firs person at the service desk (don't remember her name) was not only unhelpful, but displayed a negative attitude. First words out of her mouth was "We can't..." which is always the wrong way to start a customer service interaction. No customer wants to hear what you "can't" do... customer service 101. Thankfully, she realized I was not going to take no for an answer and she asked for help from an associate named Nat. Nat immediately took ownership of the situation, assured me she would take care of my concerns. That's all I wanted to hear. I took her several minutes and several phone calls, but she got the credit processed and even offered me a bottle of water for myself and my wife who was with me. Great Job Nat! Thank you for your assistance.

Great location, inventory easily found.

Had a cashier sign my credit card charge with a line instead of me signing my charge. Guess he was to busy to let me sign as they ate peanuts and had a drink at the register. I thought they had a break room for that stuff….

Doing yard work and got all I needed to start and finish it in one trip.

The staff was very helpful, reaching out to us rather than us having to hunt up a representative. The item we were looking for was conveniently placed and in good supply.
