She made my day again. Tibey is the best person to complete my day. We both get a humorous response from each other. Makes shopping at Home Depot worth the effort. I can not wait to go to the Pro Desk to be checked out. Hey Tiby - "REAC" . She will know what that means.

There was a long line and Rosemary stepped up to the plate and Help check out customers sent us on our way,she was very polite and friendly.

This is a great store to do your home improvement shopping.

We went to THD for a new exterior door and storm door. We shopped, found what we wanted and set up for a measure. This trip to THD was overall very good. After the measure we went back to THD to finalize our purchase and select the items that we wanted. There were no associates in millworks. We waited for 10-15 min, along with another couple who seemed to have questions as well. I flagged down George, a tool associate to page someone to assist us. Another 5-10 min went by. I located the door I wanted myself and found George again. George got the door out of the overhead for us. The other couple had left by this time. We needed to complete our sale and order the storm door. After another 10 min, I located Ethan in the back of millworks stocking. Ethan was able to complete the sale. Ethan was knowledgeable, and explained all the associated cost. Normally This store is pretty on point. However, with this particular visit, had we not already gone through the process of the measure and found the exterior door at a great price and the assistance of George, we would have shopped elsewhere. George saved the day. Our purchase was $1,300. I know in the grand scheme of sales, that is not huge. However for me, it is a major purchase. Had it not been for my past good experience in this store and associate George helping me out, We would have walked out with the other couple.

This is the best Home Depot in Texas, period. The staff is attentive and always willing to help. The store is always stocked and clean. Why go anywhere else?!?

2 hispanic male workers in lumber saw my husband and I check out with a load of wood. They folllowed us out like they were going to help load it. They went over to some fencing and rattled a chain like they were checking something. But instead walked off. I said "really you are just gonna walk off and not help us? The one guy just kept walking. The other hispanic employee with hi and tight sides and long middle haircut turned around and said "what?" I said again"yall are just gonna walk off and make a 60 year old woman and a 70 year old man load this?" He said" well I guess I can help" I said "Never mind we can just do it ourselves" Another employee that was helping someone else load 2 tool boxes and a fan offered to help when he got through. But we loaded it ourselves. We are white and over 50 and I feel that was a factor in the way we were treated today!

I purchased a gas grill on 7-15-20. I was promised a new assembled grill on 6-17-20 specifically requested not to receive the display as the electronic ignition was defective. Arrived 6-17-20 as customer service tried tom give me the defective display model. This was to be a fathers day gift for my Father who is a Korean War veteran. I was told that high school boys assemble on Tuesday. So when I got there it was evident they just pulled the defective display model to give me. I was going out of town and back just for fathers day. I was more than angry. Now I know why this store as a 2 STAR RATING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! I was told I would have to come back Tuesday. How about you get the lazy people back up there and make it Right. I tell you what this store is terrible and their people at the desk were rude. I was nicen until right at the end. SUCK is not even a word I like to use but this store is terrible. All their adds about caring about Veteran's is Bull, The should have made this right when I asked to speak to the manger I was given the run around and the people at the front customers service could have cared less. I just cant believe how bad this store is. I will never come back. Perhaps if they make this right I will consider. They deserved negative stars for this.

Disgusting, and the customer service representatives are horrible and rude.

The employees seemed too stressed out to give good customer service. Our lumber was ordered online and when we went to pick it up, the associates that were to off-load our order started throwing the lumber onto our trailer. 1 employee wrenched his back pretty good trying to slide 4 sheets of plywood all at once. He left limping and the 1 associate that was left was on his phone. I didn't get a chance to check our order. I signed nothing to state we got what we ordered. I am totally disgusted. I won't be back to this store.

Love this store everything is always stocked

This is the friendliest store ever. Someone is always offering to assist me. And the employees know where to look for products I ask about. The store is clean and the isles are clear to get around in. I drive over two hours to come to this store.

Our refrigerator broke down during the Corona virus pandemic on April 6th, 2020. Due to a Sheltering in Place order by the Mayor of Amarillo, we looked up a refrigerator online. We called the Home Depot and was greeted by a very nice sales person in the kitchen appliances area. We explained our need for a refrigerator ASAP. She was very courteous and was able to have our new LG refrigerator delivered the following Saturday. She also answered any questions that we had concerning the refrigerator and the delivery. We were also very pleased with the delivery service. They were efficient, polite, and clean. They removed our old refrigerator and placed our new refrigerator in our kitchen. We are very happy with the new LG refrigerator also. It's roomy and extremely quiet. Also, I want to say that Home Depot's website is very user friendly. We got the exact measurements of the refrigerator off their site and it fits perfectly. A wonderful experience during a stressful time. Thank you so much!

Will be coming here from now on always get greeted and assisted . Georgia has a problem with that.

I have always had a pleasurable experience everytime I have shop at the home depot located on Soncy Rd.

The store was.clean and well stocked and organized. It was easy to get around and find what I was looking for. I appreciate the overall pleasant attitude and helpfulness of all the employees I had contact with. This was the best Home Depot I have visited.

Terrible customer service, actually there was no service. Employees too busy on phones to walk someone to an item they're looking for. Self checkouts so that I can ring up what I had to search for. Next time I'll pay more and shop a home owned business.
