Store was very clean and not a lot of stuff on floor. Products were put up and employees very helpful and took time to show us what we needed. In Appliances the employee { Rosie Brown} was understanding on what we were looking for and showed us only those products. She worked with us on paperwork to order our Appliance and keep us informed on delivery dates and time. Great person very Friendly. Made our shopping in Home Depot great. Hats off to Rosie and the store.

The store was pretty clean. The employees were very nice too.And the service was fast.

Very courteous employees always willing to help you find something. Frequent flyer so I am in there a lot. Knowledgeable staff keeps me from making extra trips to get it right. They greet you at the door as well as greet you when you check out. Excellent Customer Service training program you provide is working and keeps me coming back.

Cody was extremely helpful with the remodeling projects of 2 bathrooms. He took the time we needed and made it a very pleasant purchase. The only problem was not having enough tile in stock at both stores in Amarillo to start our remodel immediately.

Very friendly store. We were greeted at the door we entered by friendly sales clerks. They asked us if we needed any help. We did not need any help at the time, but when we did, they jumped to help us. We most definitely will be going back to shop at this store again.

I shop at this location frequently, especially when I have need for lumber or something that requires my trailer. The close proximity to interstate 40 makes it an easy departure so I can be on my way home with my goods. The service by the employees is outstanding. There Is an employee that works in the lumber dept. that is extra helpful, making selection and loading of material an easy task.

The Souncy Home Depot stands out because its employees go out of their way to assist all customers! If you ask for help or need assistance they take it seriously and expeditiously. I love shopping there.

Customers are greeted by friendly employees offering to assist as needed. The store is clean and well organized. If you do not find everything you are looking for in the store, you will probably find out on their website.

Only a couple of times have I been in this store and an employee was not helpful or was more interested in chatting than assisting customers . I have been in a few times where they did not have what i needed and had to go else where but it is very rare. They are more than happy to order it for me but I usually need it right then. I would recommend this store and will continue to do business here
