Woman at self checkout was extremely aggressive and rude. This is exactly why companies are dying to online shopping. I understand that people steal, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to treat other paying costumers like thieves.

There are two stores located in Amarillo, TX and this one is by far the better one. They always more items to choose from and have a very friendly staff. In addition, the store is kept up with very well. Pleasure doing business here.

You can't find any help there and at least one of the cashiers isn't friendly at all.

Got frustrated when you are in a hurry and they make you wait in a rude way for the store manager just because you don't have an I.D for a $7.81 store gift card. When the last time I was not asked about the I.D:( the only nice person was the Store Manager.

This door needs to have at least one cash self-checkout all of them took cards only and we pay cash I mean you need to have at least something open for people that pay in cash not just a service desk thank you

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us get and load our products

This store needs to get customer service. Plenty of team members walking around talking on the phone but not to help anyone

When i go to this store to rent items or purchase an item I always had a good experience.

I shop here for my work and have found this store to be very helpful. Also have knowledge on products & HAVE ITEMS WE NEED IN STOCK. I HAVE ALSO FOUND this to be true on a personal purchases. The associates were friendly and I found the store clean over all. I know I will be back soon.

I shop at this Home Depot alot. Sometimes they do not have the exact item I need but that is rare.The people are friendly and helpful.. The isle are marked so I don't have to search for the items.

The store was very organized and clean. She shopped outside for our garden supplies during the spring Black Friday sale and everything out was clearly marked for the sale and readily available. Our cashier Kate was the best. She was so friendly. Made us really feel welcomed. She also involved my already frustrated toddler help with our checkout which made it so much smoother. Kate was a really great cashier!

They have always had my online orders ready for me when I've been notified there ready.dandy

I have purchased at this location for several years. I do not recall having ever left this disappointed, yes I have recommended this store to others.

It's a shame that it's becoming the norm in retail that you are not spoken to by any associate that may pass you when walking in the store. Most people need help finding what they came in to buy. I dont go to the Depot to browse, most dont. We come to get a specific item. Having someone at the door greeting customers and to tell you where to find what you need would be a great idea. Letting people wander around looking for a specific item might sell more impulse buy products but has a negative impact on customer satisfaction and an increase in customer frustration.

I found better inventory on this store compare to one on Georgia. Both of these store have very nice employees which makes a pleasant shopping experience. One of my best stories is when I arrived in the store around 9:40 pm and Jake helped me to find, carry and load my stuff even though it was closer or even pass his closing time. He never tried to rush me and had a great attitude about it.

I was returning items and then buying paint. The man in frint of me did a deal to get thetool that came with it. He was upset the battery part of tool didnt work and they said 6 weeks to fix. He needed it for the job bought the package for the tool and when they understood they got him going with the tool he needed. I could just see the relief the man had. Thats what i like and they impressed ne for listening and understanding. I dont think the customer was trying to get over in them either.

The associated in all departments were very friendly.

5 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALWAYS HELPFUL. ALWAYS SUPPORTIVE. ALWAYS ATTENTIVE. THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH A PROJECT. THEY HAVE BEEN THIS WAY FOR 20 YEARS THROUGH MANY PROJECTS WE'VE DONE USING THEIR MATERIALS OR SERVICES.

The girl that waited on me (Katherine) was very knowledgeable and helpful...as was all of the staff that worked there. I am a contractor and i do alot of business with Home Depot, and i must say that this was one of the best experiences that I have had in all of the area stores!

Save your time and find the nearest Lowe’s.

This store here in Amarillo, TX is a well oiled machine - clean and fully stocked and loaded. Also in a great location for getting out and about running errands with the family, plenty of other shopping in this area.

I purchased a washer and dryer for around $3,000 and was given a delivery date. When I checked to see where we were on the delivery, they told me it would be almost a month later. Home Depot was not even going to call the tell me, if I had not call them to see where my washer and dryer were, I would have not known anything.
