The lumber associates were great to help, cut my boards, and delivered to my car. Very efficient and friendly.

I found myself unable to locate an item. Jonathan strolled by and took the time to approach me to ask if I was finding everything I needed. Mentally, I had moved on from the item, convinced the store just didn’t have it. But I thought what the heck, I’ll see how long it takes him to give up. Lo and behold he dug in, personal challenge, and we tracked the item down, in two different places in the store, mind you. He was a gem!

Michelle had a very positive attitude at checkout. Even though I only bought one small item, I felt like a valued customer.

My wife and I shopped clearance Christmas trees. We could decide, so we took home more than one! Dara, Misty, and Ed from customer service to help box up the display models, and load them into my SUV. They assured me that there would be no problem returning any or all of them. Really? Sure enough. We returned one. They had me pull up to the front of the store, Misty had Patrick unload the tree and bring it into the store, while Ed entered a credit back to my card. I was in and out quickly thanks to their efficient, pleasant, team-work, with no guilt trip!

My wife & I haven't been in a Home Depot in a long time. We were both impressed with the professionalism of all the employees we had help us. Great products also. Wished we lived closer, we would make this our main hardware store. Great job everyone from the top down!!!!

Home Depot overall has a better selection of quality products. Big names like Milwaukee, Stanley and others. I made the mistake of buying cheap tools and materials in the past at other stores. It’s not worth it.

Brian V. in the paint department was very knowledgeable and helpful with my paint tint issue. Customer service desk was friendly and listened to my issue and help resolve the transaction portion in a fair matter.

I was in today spent a lot right before this purchase. Tracy your self checkout was so great and helpful and had a attitude I don’t see very often in a great way I have never been treated so great until today. Some of your other kids moloyees could use retraining

I purchased both an 18V 1/2” Drill/Driver Kit along with a 22 pc. Titanium Drill Bit Set and the staff was incredibly helpful to take my wife and I through the Ryobi Days sale items to see if a better deal was available. Greatly appreciated
