I’ll admit my experience started out rocky over the phone. I did my best to brush it off as it was Black Friday and if you work retail you know that’s a rough day. I ended up in the store because they had the best sales and had set up delivery over the phone. While there I asked an employee for assistance, great attitude and helped me find what I wanted. Again I was looking and couldn’t find something else so I asked a guy walking by, he ended up being my saving grace that day. Everything that was planned prior to driving the hour and a half was unraveling and this guy stopped what he was doing and went every step of the way from me asking where something was, to me leaving the store the happiest I have ever left a store! I will be back and I will be looking for Viktor if I ever need assistance again! Made the whole experience worth it, got a great deal and left with everything I had planned to get or set up for delivery!

Almost always have what I need in stock minus specialty items that must be ordered online. Staff is always helpful and courteous.

Store has helpful and informative sales people. Customer satisfaction is a priority.

I received fantastic help from Lori when I needed to order a light fixture that was not in stock at the moment. She made my day by helping me get the order done, saving me as much money as possible and helping me sign up for a pro referral to install the light. Lori is the best!

I am not a handyman type person...so stores like this intimidate me. Embarrassing for a man who enjoys work inside and out...but I have no knowledge or skills. And yet I sell homes for a living! This store has very good help and easy to shop. I will be back.

Craig in the blinds section was horrible. 3 trips to the store in 1 night and each time we got home there was a new issue with the NEW blinds he cut. Let’s just say, I still don’t have my blinds and will NEVER shop at Home Depot again!! Horrible experience!

The staff are very courteous and quick to help you out if you need it. The store is always clean and it is easy to navigate the store. This is our store of choice for all of our home improvement projects.
